They said that they had no list of items that we brought in with him but my sister and my mom made sure the day that they had admitted him there so somehow they lost all the paperwork and I had asked them if they had my number my sister's number and my mom's number when I had a gone in and they showed me the numbers they had on file. They had my mom's number. So I gave them my sister's number and my number. I had told them to give me a call if they were unable to reach my mom or my sister in regards to anything with my grandfather. Yesterday morning around 11am I had received a call from them. Telling me that my grandfather's levels were dropping that they were trying to reach my sister. So I told him Okay let me try and get a hold of her I was finally able to get a hold of her and my brother-in-law I called them back and I told them to call an ambulance. They told me he was DNR. There was nothing they can do unless they had my sister on the phone so finally my sister calls them and they tell her that no they weren't gonna call an ambulance because she needed to be there in person when they did not tell b me that over the phone. We got there around 12:20. Making sure to gather his stuff so we can get down and see what we could do and also waiting for the ambulance. 12:46 I got a call saying that my grandfather passed. My sister and I went in there to see him, we spoke with the nurse and she said that since Thursday of last week my grandfather wasn't fully alert So I had told her then why didn't you call us and she said we've been calling your sister and I said OK you've been calling her but why didn't you call me. If you have my number on file and you knew that it was something of concern. She did not respond. She chose to ignore what I said and continue talking to my sister only then she tells us that Saturday night at midnight. That's when his levels started dropping slowly and his oxygen levels and everything so she said that they had called my sister again she did not answer. My sister then showed us her phone and said I have no missed calls. I told her again Why didn't you call me if you knew you couldn't reach my sister then why didn't you call me? and again she chose to ignore me After that me and my sister were walking out you know to go make arrangements. The nurses pulled us aside and said they did call my sister and showed us the number they had saved on file for her, "this is your number we have it right here saved" my sister looked at it and she said that's not even my number. (I gave them my sister's number two weeks after my grandfather was admitted there. I made sure to give him give them the right number to my mom, my sister and me. I gave all the numbers to the social worker. I gave the numbers to the claims department. I gave the numbers to the charge nurse all in the same day. How is it that they didn't have the right number.) Then my mom showed up not long after. So she went in there to see him and what she found out (that the time of death was 12:15) They told me 31 minutes later that he passed away. A call from them at 12:46. Would I recommend this place NO I can't believe how they handled everything.

I feel like I have traded my 30-something body for a more flexible and limber 20-something body. Dr. Radadia and his office look like they are both still stuck in the 80's. Also the man who works the desk was really nice and he was the one who told me to go in. He didn't seem like he knew how to check?? The lady (the owner) had an attitude since she walked in the door and saw me. She started rambling on about how she doesn't even check, nor take insurance on Sundays. I called another place and they checked it just fine btw. Overall, her entire attitude didn't seem to want new clients and/or new business so dont bother. Find somewhere else. Im sure many other places will be nice and want new clients and business. I'm also korean, and her demeanor and tone towards me was: "I've never even seen this card before" and proceeded to treat me like some pos liar/scammer. Little does she know, I have really good insurance, WHICH IS PROBABLY WHY SHE'S "never seen it." I hate to be the one posting negative reviews and I usually try to refrain from doing so, but I…read morefeel like I have a duty to let others know about what they should expect when they come here. I've gotten acupuncture semi-regularly for a few years, but never have I ever had acupuncture that hurt this bad or seen a practitioner that left me this traumatized. I literally teared up at multiple points. I sprained my ankle the day prior and wanted to get it checked out. As soon as I sat down, the doctor (I believe her name was Sally Lee) started massaging it and twisting my ankle incredibly aggressively to the point where it hurt so bad I had to tell her to stop multiple times. She then started treatment, and I'm not sure why but a few of the needles hurt really bad. Usually acupuncture barely feels like a pinch upon insertion but these needles continuously hurt and were aching the surrounding areas. She put a few in my stomach which probably hurt the worst and when I told her about the pain, she proceeded to press down on the needles...and I could not stop flinching from the pain. I eventually told her to take them out because I was tearing pretty bad at that point. And she eventually did so very reluctantly lol. All to say, I definitely will not be returning here. The doctor was very dismissive the entire time and I honestly felt like she wanted me to feel pain for some sick reason. I was pretty disturbed when I left, and my ankle is also still in pain so this definitely wasn't worth the visit or cost by any means.
