I had said I have a therapy referral and she proceeds to lie to me and tell me that it's all I need to attend the IOP program here. Why waste my time? I need help from a mental health provider. I don't need my time wasted. She then transfers me to the medical benefits line (?) to get the NPI number. I get transferred, ask for the number, get questioned a few times why I need it, get placed on hold, and then get told Chase will call me back. What's up with you guys? If you don't know transfer to someone who does. That alone was extremely off putting.

The people are very nice all of the staff, including the nursing staff the CNA's the people that run its social services even housecleaning . There's quite a few on staff that I hit it off with really well and they're very kind and funny and we keep each other laughing.. my experience has been 99% positive and I appreciate them. Also, I think the food is good. I've never been to such a facility before, but the food exceeds what I had assumed it would be. I'm 67- feeling stronger and healthier each day; i've been here one week, exactly on New Year's Eve I recommend to transfer here on a weekday instead of weekend when certain staff members aren't here

Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, professional, and above all, caring. Shout out to CNA's, Olga, Jose, Carlos and Crystal. The Physical and Occupational Therapists were upbeat and full of motivation and praise. Shout out to Shelly, Celena, Mandy and Alex. Also Kim and Kat (PT Manager and Asst. Manager). Courtyard is very clean! All rooms were swept daily and deep cleaned regularly. In the rehab room, all equipment is wiped down with disinfected after each use. Food was what you would expect... (No Michelin Stars) but, the staff made sure you were satisfied and good about offering alternatives. There were a few mix-ups with medications when I first arrived, but those were straightened out immediately. All in all, very happy with our choice.

He did an excellent job, and I was very pleased with the quality of his care. Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by the office staff. The receptionist, in particular, was unprofessional and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I found the staff to be impatient and lacking the level of courtesy and customer service that patients deserve. In any medical practice, you spend only a fraction of your time with the doctor and much more with the office staff. While I have no complaints about the doctor's work, I was not willing to continue subjecting myself to the way I was treated by his employees. I sincerely hope, for the doctor's sake and for future patients, that the staff receives additional training in professionalism, communication, and respectful customer service.
