I ordered a chicken parm meal from the senior menu and chose the lobster bisque as my soup. It was exceedingly thick and gloppy. It was basically a very thick and heavy flour paste w a hint of artificial lobster flavor. It seemed that the bits in the paste were pieces of artifical lobster. I asked if I could please have the soup replaced w what the waitress had said was red pepper soup. What came out was a beef rice soup w small chunks of green pepper. I had a few spoonfuls, but found that it, too, was unappetizing w bloated, mushy rice and weak flavor. My chicken parm came out: a rubbery, uncoated chicken breast w a red sauce and one melted slice of parm or provolone on it. The sauce tasted terrible. My husband tried it and said it tasted like the cleaner Fabuloso. He was right!! My husband said his burger was very good. Our daughter got chicken nuggets and fries, but she wasn't hungry so she got them to go. We were so disappointed bc we love diners and hope to move to Boyertown to be near our son's family. We thought the Americana might become a favorite. We spent $40+ for one good meal, one eh meal, and one yucky one.

No guacamole available but dipping in their chipotle ranch gave it more depth. Really liked how they grilled or used a panini press! My friend got the chicken cheesesteak and enjoyed it. I snagged a bit of the chicken and wished I'd gotten one lol. Service was great. We sat at the bar and the bartender was attentive and responsive. Would definitely come back.

I made reservations for my bestie's birthday at 5:30pm on a Tuesday evening. I was excited to see there weren't many people there, hoping we would have quick service. It took a solid 10-15 minutes for our waitress to take a drink order, only after I stared her down for walking past us the 5th time. We ordered 2 soups and a salad for appetizers, that alone took about 35 mins to arrive. Another 30 mins later, we were informed our food ticket was "lost," and they were quickly working on it now, offering a free round of drinks or desserts. We agreed to the drinks and stayed, thinking we would try to make the best of it. Another 30 mins later, our food arrived.... My salmon appeared microwaved and squirted with BBQ sauce (NOT the glazed salmon I was hoping for), and included bones in the first 2 bites. I cannot eat seafood after finding bones, so needless to say, I was done. My friend requested a medium filet, that came out well done, similar to the consistency of a hockey puck. I had asked our waitress to bring takeout boxes out along with our meals, as we had spent an hour and a half waiting for the food we no longer wished to eat. Once we tried it all, most of it was left on the table. I'm a very nice and reasonable person. Had our waitress maintained an apologetic attitude about our awful experience, I would have gladly tipped her sufficiently. However, she seemed to think giving us attitude and practically throwing the check at us would help her, or the restaurant's case. This young woman clearly has no concept of customer service, but I guess that's expected when she spends most of her time back in the kitchen. I have worked in customer service my entire life, even as a young woman, so I understand what it takes sometimes to accept the brunt of an unhappy customer and remain professional, and overall make things right. She did not offer to bring a manager over to speak with us, nor did she did offer to remove more itmes from the bill. I had to be the one to say I'm not paying full price for the hot pile of garbage we were served. After the waitress threw the check at me after being there for 2 HOURS, I did not wish to wait another 30 mins for her to return to the table for payment. I went to the bar where the bartender seemed confused as to why I was bringing my payment to her, then left as quickly as possible, leaving a small tip that was reflective of the ultimate service provided. I cannot avoid mentioning the despicable condition of the ladies bathroom.... It appeared very dirty and only 2 out of 3 stalls were in order, if you can call it that, as the one door was hanging quite precariously from the hinges... I'm sure others may have a better experience, in fact I hope they do, as I would never wish this frustration on anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing evening spending money we bust our own asses to make. Do better Washington staff and management.

The place was dated, packed with tables in every room and a little too stuffy in the summer heat. Our party was immediately seated, but the beautifully folded napkins were quickly pushed aside as we grabbed wet wipes to remove a sticky residue from one of our chairs. Multiple drink menus offered beer, wine, cocktails, martinis and specials. The Dubai chocolate martini was the favorite - chocolatey smooth and creamy, topped with crushed pistachios. We dined on shrimp puttanesca , salmon with pesto, shrimp Alfredo and eggplant Neapolitan, each served with pasta, a side/salad and dinner rolls. Portions were large and all the items were well prepared and delicious! Although the online menu needs to be updated, the prices are still reasonable. Our party of four enjoyed dinner and drinks for about $150. It's worth visiting, but if you're going on the weekend, be sure to make a reservation.
