Texted Zack back, saying I wasn't comfortable working with someone who changes their price after a signed agreement. Said he could keep travel expenses and return the rest of the deposit. He claimed he had already bought all the supplies. Who buys supplies when they are told the job was on hold? Anyway, they are evidently going to keep my $500. Ultimately they suggested it could be a problem with the stones in the wall. Disciple came out, recommended a strategy of replacing a couple of stones, re-pointing the rest of the area and applying sealant over the whole section. Work was scheduled promptly. The guys were very friendly and professional. The job was finished within 10 days (mortar needed to cure before sealant could be applied) and it looks great. Now we have to wait for a horrific rainstorm to see if that solves the problem.

Very frustrating as it's raining a lot lately and we want our external stucco wall repaired before any water damage occurs. I guess maybe they don't need my business? Can't say anything about their work but this customer service experience makes me question their reliability and attention to detail. We had John come out to finish our fence for our home and things were going well until the very end. Per the contract he was to install the gate and the lock we bought for it, and the full project per the contract had a third day of work put into it. He did only 2 days of work and we kept asking when he could come to finish the gate and install the lock- he kept confirming dates with us and then no-showing repeatedly. Since then, it's been pretty much a full month since we have heard from him. Would no longer recommend and absolutely would not work with him again, extremely disappointed it ended like this.
