We got 4 other quotes for the yard before we finally called Mark. He was like a breath of fresh air! He was able to create our dream yard well within our budget. The other people we talked too either had prices twice our budget (and we didn't really want anything crazy) or one quoted prices so low, we were worried about the quality and whether he was really quoting us for everything. Marks price point was perfect for us. And his work was better than we could have hoped. He has been doing this for a long time and had fantastic ideas that made our yard even better. We wanted 6 fruit trees and he had great suggestions for more trees and shrubs to complete our yard since we really had no idea what else to plant. We asked for a fire pit area as well and wanted turf along our side yard so we could turn it into a play yard for our kids. The fountain with the gorgeous flower bed was all his idea. The most valuable part of using Mark though is that he is very accommodating. The yard was done very quickly, and the guys he employed to do the cement work, turf and our sliding gate, were also reasonably priced and provided the highest quality work. At one point we realized our cement boarder was further from the wall then we wanted, we told him, and he promptly fixed it. Also a few patches of grass died and he quickly fixed those as well. He added gorgeous lights to illuminate the trees. He also thinks ahead, so he added a special irrigation system to our trees so the roots will not grow up and ruin the cement boarder. On top of all this, he is easy to reach, extremely friendly and dedicated to making you happy. Make no mistake about it, his prices may seem too good to be true but he work is the best in town!

We wanted our trees pruned in case there was another huge wind storm this year, but we were nervous about having butchered/chopped trees because we've seen what other businesses have done in the neighborhood. We ended up going with the Anlin Catalina series and couldn't be happier. SoCal Energy stayed in contact with me about the progress of getting the windows in and they did the install a day earlier than originally though. The team was on time and got right to work, they replaced all 7 windows and my sliding patio door in a few hours and the work was great. My wife and I are very happy with the windows and patio door, the quality of the glass is great and the frames look really nice. This was the most miserable consumer interaction I have ever experienced. I was seeking window…read morereplacement. Was given a fair estimate however the sliding glass door/windows were measured incorrectly and the new windows were manufactured too small. The installers discovered this upon installation and left my old aluminum windows in place and installed the new windows within them. The new slider was two inches shorter and two inches narrower. They filled The discrepancy with foam and attempted to cover their error with a cheap plastic trim that did not match the window. In addition, I had ceramic tile installed in front of the slider based on their assurance that the tile would not be touched. The first thing they did upon installation was cut the tile. At the end of the day the slider was left with the old windows and the foam exposed and no caulk or grout in the space created by cutting the tile. The company also did not pull a permit as required by my city. When I complained I was told it was not 'rocket science' and that even my son could install the trim, etc and basically finish the job. They further refused to rectify the situation stating it would cost them too much money! A horrible experience I am still dealing with. I would not recommend them.
