They showed up on time, were professional, respectful, and worked hard the whole time they were here. They installed a clean above-ground 8-station sprinkler valve manifold system for me, replaced valves, repaired irrigation lines, installed a newer Rain Bird smart controller that can be managed from a phone, fixed plumbing issues, and adjusted the sprinkler system so everything worked much better. Everything was organized well and much easier to access for future maintenance. What I appreciated most was that Joseph went above and beyond what was originally included in the bid. They replaced an old hose pipe and spigot that weren't working anymore at no extra charge, and they also replaced a few additional sprinkler heads for me without charging extra. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to come by these days. The work came out clean and professional, and Joseph was easy to communicate with throughout the process. Sunrise dug out the mud from all of the valve boxes and replaced all of the solenoids. Then only after they had removed my Rainbird controller and replaced it with an inferior brand that is designed for the exterior (green one), I was advised that (my gardener) had set the controller for six hours instead of six minutes! (Hence, the flooding).They took my Rainbird controller with them when they left and I had to ask the for the manual for the new controller. I paid a lot of money for all of this. I felt that they could have been more clear about the estimated charges before hand so that I would be better able to prepare for it, as a senior on a fixed income. I also feel that the repair could have been much cheaper, without revamping the entire system. However, I trusted that they knew what they were doing. To make things worse, the first time I opened the door on the controller to adjust the watering times, the entire thing came out of the wall because it was not anchored in any way. It was just screwed into the drywall. It has been hanging there ever since. Also, they had told me that an itemized invoice would be texted to me, but I never received that either. This happened several months ago. It just irritates me every time I see the box hanging there. I am very disappointed in this company.

We explained that we understood that, but hired him to stop the leak completely, not just a valve. He replaced a 2nd valve and said a 3rd could be replaced, but he didn't do it. Again we couldnt be around to watch him or check on his progress. My husband told him to return asap to replace 3rd valve (that he should have gone ahead and replaced) said he would.
