They are always polite, do the job well, and clean up after themselves (usually leaving my yard cleaner than when they arrived). This group recently removed a HUGE mulberry tree from the middle of my back deck which was interfering with the septic tank. Tree removal involved dismantling the deck, grinding the huge stump, and chasing a root down around the septic, making certain it wouldn't regrow. It was a two-day job (up and down the Kern River Canyon) and it was done well and at a fair price. The crew was also kind enough to deliver the wood to a neighbor down the street who wanted it. They even added an unexpected bonus. We had purchased three smaller trees, but realized we had no truck for delivery. They picked them up. They planted them and did not add to the bill.
