The val working was very nice, helpful and had great suggestions all in a low sales pressure way which I appreciated. They have a service where you can go i to the dressing room and get scanned for the best fitting sizes for your body. I did find some nice options for full suits at what seems to me a very reasonable price compared to what I found in other stores and on line. The other items, shorts, shirts are priced comparable to other big and tall stores, and they have a bice clearance section and decent sales.

When we arrived the displays were bright and cheery. I really like there sweater collection. They have several that I like, but i bought new sweaters last year so I'm not in the mode to buy a new sweater. Upfront we saw lots of nice christmas PJs. They also had plaid. All were flannel which was good as I wanted some warm winter pajamas. In the back they have just pajama bottoms. 99% of the ones they had on there website are not in there store. I was very disappointed. Online they have a larger variety. I saw a couple of pink ones that I liked. They even had some light blue ones with polar bears on them. The Chanukah ones even looked great. The sales lady was polite and offered to order them online for me so I could save on shipping. I thought of that, but I don't know what size I am and didn't want to hassle with having to return or exchange them. Plus their location isn't near my house, so returning it would require a drive all the way down the Delta Shores, deal with parking ect. Not worth it at this time of my life. They did have a nice collection of cute fuzzy socks. Next we looked at jeans. They have several styles, but not the color I wanted or the length From what I could see they don't offer short, or ankle length. Thus unfortunately I didn't get any jeans either. I let them know that I wanted short and midrise and she pulled a few out for me and suggested I size down. They also offered free hemming. I think they said free, either way the short ones seem to be the right length. I did and found a cute pair. I really like the design on the back pocket. She suggested I still size down another size as they stretch out. I went from a 26/27 to a size 24, which ended up fitting perfect. I liked the slim fitting jeans, but the length was a bit took long and looked bunchy. And my husband liked the boot cut ones so I got the boot cut ones as he'll be the one looking at me. He also thought they looked sexy on me so I got them. With out wanting to spend a ton of money these days as I just spent more money than I should have on our upcoming vacation I dished out $134.85 on a single pair of jeans. The most I've ever paid for an article of clothing. I really hope that I still love these jeans years from now and they still fit. Crossing my fingers that I don't loose or gain weight in the years to come. If you are looking for some nice jeans with bling on them I suggest miss me jeans. When I talked to the manager, she told me to come in and for some reason, another she had a sales person approached me was not nice at all and she told me I can come in anytime and talk to her, but she had somebody else speak on her behalf. My son and I were in your Arden Mall store today in Sacramento. We decided it would be a good day to do some retail therapy. We were greeted as soon as we came into the store but were awkwardly followed around the entire time we were there. Your sales associate informed me this is something she has to do to "ensure us a good shopping experience." It was anything but a good shopping experience, my anxiety increased the entire time I was in the store and at one point we had to leave and come back once I was able to acknowledge and accept where my pain was coming from and not allow it to come off as full on anger, only because my son actually wanted to purchase items. I would have liked to as well but could not find it in myself to look around an deal with that degrading treatment. There is a fine line between extra helpfulness and OVERT MONITORING. I don't know if there is any cultural sensitivity training for your employees but if your goal is to ensure a good shopping experience, THERE NEEDS TO BE. There are unnecessary layers of stress imposed on African American families in this country due to constant external hostilities, stigmatizations, and all out bigoted behaviors. Being pursued/followed/stalked around a store is one of them.

Not only that but I was dressed in leather armor and a large leather cloak (don't ask) and had already been turned away from other stores as the mall was basically shutting down for the night. I was greeted by four amazing people who just helped take care of my need quickly, professionally, and even picked out a shirt that looked better on me than I thought could be possible. I mean considering my request was "I just want a white shirt and I don't care as long as it fits." Fast effortless and they did me a huge solid considering everyone else probably thought I was just a crazy person. I never brought her to Hot Topic because she couldn't fit the clothes yet. A few months ago, I started bringing her here and she is finally at home. This is definitely her style and she always finds tons of things that she wants. I can't explain how nice it is to actually have somewhere to take her shopping now. And with Christmas around the corner, I'm sure everything she gets is probably gonna be from here. Hahaha! Also, all of the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. It's nice coming to places like this where people have their own personal style that actually matches with the work environment because they know what they're selling and can find you other items with characters or shows that you're interested in. And they are always willing to check the system to see if they can order you something online. This is definitely going to be a spot that we frequent from now on.

They also carry a wider selection of novelty backpacks and purses and clothing options inspired by characters and fandoms. You'll find deals available in their clearance section as well as around the store and they have a loyalty club that apparently gives you extra rewards. At this point I'm most interested in the pop culture items and love the studio ghibli options. You can also shop online and have items "shipped to store" or to your house.
