Worst experience ever, was in to buy a refrigerator with my own credit card and was questioned if it was mine since my last name was different because I divorced even tho showed proof of identity of both last names, then was even ask for my divorce papers. Then when the purchase was made I was charged for delivery and service but asked them not to hook it to the water but when they delivered they just let it at my front door not even inside my house. I wouldn't trust them with your bank info or any personal info at all, came in but didn't realize our bank account was locked from what citi bank thought was a fraudulent transaction from earlier in the day at a gas station, we end up getting denied because of that which we confirmed just now with the finance company. After being told they wouldd not run our credit as we were leaving we received alert for 10 inquiries from them. After still trying to figure out what hAppened why we were denied one of the employees took my number from my application and started to text me confronting me about a 1 star my husband left on the stores google page. The review was actually about the inquiries nothing else but since they wanted to Harass me in text I had to actually block the employees number from texting me. We called the finance company and are clearing the inquiries now . The finance company actually bashed the store and no longer wants their business . After seeing other reviews I'm glad our card was locked because i would have ended up purchasing a set cash and now I see they sell broken appliances and claim that they are new. Sent us a contract a day later with payments that we did not agree to. Forged my signature and my husband's in the contract but think it's ok because it's DocuSign. I did not even see the document they sent me with "my" signature. Wanted us to pay 8k on a 3k fridge. Natalie, Denise and Liz have no idea who handles what regarding their finance company. Denise is rude and combative and has horrible customer service. As soon as I questioned them, I received a horrible attitude. This place appears like a great deal, but it's a horrible place to buy anything!!! I bought 3 appliances and two appliances failed in less than 4 months! I bought a brand new Whirlpool fridge and it failed within 3 months. It gets better... Oh, and their warranty (AWFUL). Even though I still had a 90 day warranty, they weren't able to fix the problem and offered a $100 dollar reimbursement on the fridge. This is only after I threatened them to take them to court. I paid $600, but I figured $500 is not worth my time in court. Basically, I lost $500 dollars. Then the dryer went out, but it was passed the 90 days so I had to call a service repair man to fix it. I should have listened to the reviews. I got sucked in aswell $600 later brought home to pieces of trash washer leaks water as if was filling when off. The temp switch is backards cold is hot and hot is cold the tub has a white residue as if the paint is drying off inside where clothes is washed thought maybe it was just residue but after running a few cycles through it still the same. Over all freaking pissed. Dryer seems to work ok so far only had them a day. Long story short stay away from these people, god will give them the karma they deserve but if anyone who has been wronged by the people please email me as I will be taking them to court the more people we have come forward the better are case will be. Purchased a used dryer around 200.00 retails 300.00 brand new. Stopped working within 3 months. Went back to where I bought it and they said I needed a receipt. I purchased a Unique propane fridge and stove about 2 years ago. I use them for 6 months of the year, so they are used sparingly. Recently, the stove started to light ok, but after 5 minutes it would shut itself off. I phoned the company support line and left a message....no response. I phoned a second time and again left a message...no response. The third time I insisted that I talk to a person. They did this and the person listened and said there were liekey up to three things that could cause this. He gave me the easiest possible solution and said to email back if this did not work. It did not work, so I emailed him back...no reply. I emailed again...no reply. I decided to buy the parts which could fix it, but could not find an appliance parts store that carries any parts for Unique. This place and their finance company are complete frauds. I financed a refrigerator in January, 90 days same as cash. I paid it off before the 90 days, and it stop getting cold less than a week after i paid it off. Went in talked to the young lady, she tells me its a two month warranty, but we will be able to help you, told me someone will call me the next day. I get a call and she tells me, its $85 to look at it and $260 for repair. How can you quote me anything if you haven't even checked it??? Straight frauds, never again. DON'T BUY HERE!!! I bought a washer dryer and refrigerator from this horrible place 3 months ago. I have had an issue with all of them. The refrigerator freezer constantly pops open and everything in there defrosts. The washer was pouring water into my garage because the hose wasn't installed correctly. I gave them both a chance and let them fix them because I tried to resolve the issue without too much conflict (although the freezer is still broken). Here is the BIGGEST issue of all and I am in shock that companies like this exist: Upon installation of the dryer the "technicians" who installed it did it incorrectly and thank God I had a plumber who was checking the water heater notice this. They didn't even install the hose and caused a gas leak and steaming hot air that could have caused a fire and killed us. I had the gas company come inspect the problem and they said it looks like they cut the hose too short and then couldn't put it on do they just set it next to the water heater and bounced without even installing it and causing a very dangerous situation. I had the gas company install it and fix the gas leak for $59. When I called this company the girl on the phone (not the manager, whoever this coward is he refuses to speak with me) I let them know the situation and told them I had to pay for their faulty installation and would like to atleast be refunded the $59 after all this and they say "sorry, everything is paid off and your past your warranty!!!". Basically no apology or guilt at all for what have been a horrible situation for me and my babies at home. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A COMPANY LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE!!! I informed them that I have the report from the gas company and the plumber and will be reporting them and they still shrug it off and don't care. They could have worked with me and come to a respectful resolution, I was not even asking for a refund of the unit but I have yet to speak to their nonexistent manager or hear an apology GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

I would never buy any appliance from this place anymore.! BUYER BEWARE!! Bought an LG front load washer and dryer in Feb 2016. Had issues with washer day 1, makes extremely loud noise, like a jet engine, while washer shakes really bad, jumping off the floor! They told me I needed the proof of purchase before they'd send anyone to my house. Finally had technician in May 2016, paid $60 for the same store to look at the washer. Technician said the legs just needed adjustment. Had same issue. Called them again, they ignored me and said manager wasn't in the store. Called LG Appliance, and they informed me the model I purchased was manufactured in 2008, But this store informed me these units were not used before and were store display housed in a warehouse. Very misleading advertisement. I am stuck with a defective LG front load washer which will cost me more to repair it then what I paid for it. read more
