He had no problem explaining to me how things work or in my case fail. My old garage fridge stopped working and he advised that It was not worth repairing. I called Two Guys Appliance when my stacker washer/dryer broke down. I chose them because of their star ratings and close by location. The lady who made the appointment for me was helpful and friendly and gave me an appointment for the next day and then had no problem when I needed to reschedule. The service person (Junior) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem - the capacitor had come loose and shorted out; he had a replacement on his truck and had it all fixed and working in a short period of time. Junior arrived to our home after letting us know he could squeeze us into his fully booked day. We could tell that he was in a rush because he came in, skimmed the washer, told us that there was nothing he could do, charged us the 35 dollars, and took off. This morning I almost dropped dead when I found my laundry room and part of my kitchen underwater. I panicked as I searched my yelp reviews to find the appliance company that I used to fix my dryer and my dishwasher several months ago. I found them but to my shame I have not written a review. I am writing it now. When Carlos came out to fix my dryer it was one of two things or both. Carlos was fast and honest it was the lesser of the two evils and he was quick. He did not try to take advantage. And then onto my dishwasher... I don't know what kind of magic he used but the dishwasher started working and is working to this very day no repair, no charge. I have recommended them to several of my friends, and kept them parked in the back of my mind for future reference. Same-day service, honesty, integrity, cheerful, and affordable.
