Please be aware before you make a decision for an appliance service call of $95! My refrigerator compartment was not cooling as it should but the freezer was working fine. Online information said it was probably a fan that moves airflow from the freezer to the fridge. Maybe a motor or a control board. The service tech came to my house to look at the fridge. This took about 10 minutes. I had already pulled the fridge out and had it ready to be checked. The tech just pushed some buttons on the fridge controls and read out a code within minutes. Nothing removed or taken apart. Based on the code, the cost for repair would be $824! Not to mention that the warranty would only be a few months. I could have done the same thing with the buttons and gave him the code to avoid a $95 service call. He could have then told me that he would charge me over $800 for the repair. Not too happy to be charged over $500 an hour for diagnostic work. People think about this before you commit to a $95 service call fee! I bought a new side by side refrigerator/freezer for $1100 (with 10% off coupon) from Home Depot. read more

Our washing machine was leaking one night this week, so I took to finding a repair company through Yelp! Angel Sky responded quickly and referenced their warranty information with the service call charge. They were also able to get us on the schedule that day. The repairman was communicative, punctual, thorough, kind and honest. He noticed the drain hose had come out of the machine so he fastened that tighter and tested a cycle. He also did a full diagnostic on the machine. Quotes are good for 30 days and the service charge is applied to the repair. Our twelve year old LG washer stopped working at about 2pm. It was not draining. So I went online to troubleshoot and learned that it was probably the drain pump. With no time to check for quotes I saw all the five star reviews for Angel Sky and called at about 2:15pm. The technician was scheduled the same day between 4pm-6pm. To my surprise Vahan called at about 3:20pm and arrived fifteen minutes later. Vahan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He confirmed my suspicion and replaced the drain pump with an OEM LG part and had the washer working again in about 90min. I really don't know about price repair comparison as I had no time to check with other companies but I was so happy to get it repaired that quickly that I didn't really care. What a great experience with Sergo - Easy 5* rating for price, timing, honesty and customer service! I am out of town and have a rental with a refrigerator that needed some TLC. Technician arrived within the service window, so that was nice that they showed up on time. However, they were not able to identify the issue with my dishwasher and could only recommend replacing some parts that may be the problem. After paying a $65 inspection fee I was hoping for a concrete finding. Also, the technician did not have their own bucket or towels for a dishwasher job, and asked me for these things. I would have assumed the technician should bring these items themselves. Willing to try again, but I will probably try another option to compare. read more
