So, this was an interesting experience. I have never sold my car in the manner I did with unique autos. Honestly, I'm sad that I sold my car through a company, instead of selling it privately for maximum profit. However, considering that I was ridiculously busy and needed to save time, this worked out great for me. Situation: 1. I didn't have a place to park the car so I was borrowing a parking spot 2. THEREFORE: I may have lost about $1k - $2k max in profit, which I could have gotten through the private sale process, but it sure saved me a lot of time! At a tender age of 48, I had to sell a used car for the 1st time (due to many lease returns, 2 stolen cars, 1 totalled, 1 sold to a friend, etc.).
