We moved into a new home in December and I looked on Yelp for a service and saw Unique Carpet Cleaning had great reviews. I can see why as we had a wonderful experience. I called Burchard that afternoon and within a few hours, he was able to show up and clean our carpets through out our home! He was very friendly, professional and was very detailed. He was able to get a really bad large stain left from previous owners out which made me very happy! I love that he uses non-toxic carpet cleaner as I am very big on the natural products, especially for cleaning. Bouchard took his time and was very considerate of the walls and corners throughout the home. He put little covers on each corner so that his tubing won't scuff or anything. He also laid separate towels down in front of every carpeted room and area to ensure the rest of the floors stayed cleaned when he finished. Price was good and we planing on having him come back hopefully soon to clean our tile floors as the grout is in bad shape. I highly recommend his service; you won't be disappointed! read more

Unique was amazing he came to do our carpets the same day we called. We had a company out of value oac come out and basically try to sell us a $1500 light bulb and had no intention of steaming our carpets. We had moved all the furniture in 2 rooms to the living area and at 10:00am realized the company we had scheduled was not going to work out. Brushard with Unique was very professional, friendly, and prompt. Not to mention gave us a great price considering we were caught with our pants down. The experience was great all the way around. Excellent work!!! I actually found this company through Yelp and went with them because of all their great reviews on here. So glad I did. Mr. Lewis was very professional and THOROUGH! I had carpets, two sofas, and a mattress cleaned. I wish I had taken a before and after picture of the two couches and the mattress he cleaned - he was able to get stains out of them that previous cleaners had attempted and could not remove and had been on there for at least 10 years.
