They are extremely accommodating I have worked with different teams who have all done fabulous jobs and my house is sparkling clean after every cleaning. I have never had a cleaning service but life throws you curve balls every now & then... Unfortunately my curve ball came in the form of a tumor & with surgery & recovering at home had no choice but to get a little help. My neighbor recommended this service & while most people are not home during the cleaning service, I was. To my surprise I met the sweetest couple, Andres & Rita. I guess not every service and business you find on here can be amazing. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for today at 11. I'm moving out of state and have a pretty strict schedule to get everything done in time. By 11:03 I called to confirm they were on their way. Mind you, I already called to confirm yesterday. I was answered with a let me call you right back. 20 minutes later, I call again and get a different person. She says that the first house is running 30 minutes late. Thanks Unique for calling to let me know. The cleaners finally show up 45 minutes late and GUARANTEE they can be done by 1. How they're going to fit 2 hours worth of work into 1 I'm not sure but I leave them to do their job. I come back at 1 to see them not even half way done. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Sorry we need till 2 ma'am. Of course you do, it's a 2 hour job! In the end the place was spotless but that didn't make up for the awful customer service. read more

The ladies on the phone were very nice, too bad the service was not. I ended up having to clean everything myself. When I went there after they cleaned, I could not tell the difference. They took my cleaning supplies and broke items. There is much much more wrong about their service but I don't need to ramble. How do I begin to explain Teresa and her amazing personality!? She is one of the sweetest, most attentive and accommodating person I have ever met! I recently had a fruit fly infestation in my apartment while I was out of town, and Teresa was very patient about listening to me rant about the whole situation. She explained to me several choices I had in order to request for a specific type of cleaning service that catered to my needs. She mentioned that she was going to charge about $95.00 for a 1 hour and 30 minute cleaning of my apartment. I've called other cleaning services and they tried to charge me at least $200.00, which is why I considered the $95.00 as a reasonable amount. Anyway, I managed to get my leasing office to replace my refrigerator to a brand new one for free, so I have not been able to used their service just yet. But based on the other reviewers, I'm positive she does a phenomenal job! I will definitely contact her again soon :) read more

I have been a loyal customer to this business for almost two years. I have regular bi-weekly cleanings. Over the past couple months they have been very inconsistent and flaky. Every week I will email to confirm my regular scheduled cleaning, and every week they wait until the last minute to give me some excuse why they can't come, or why they're 4 or 5 hours late. This last week they did the same thing, I told them they needed to find someone to come or that I would discontinue my services. They had absolutely no reply. Obviously they don't care about their loyal customers. Very bad business. read more

I'll start with the good: The person who answers the phone and schedules the cleaning times is professional and responsive. The bad: I told them in writing and over the phone that I needed them at a specific time because I needed to leave for work. I confirmed the time. They were late. I was also expecting and willing to pay more the first time as it had been a while since I had professional cleaners. However, this was the worst cleaning service I have ever had, and I have had many different cleaning services over the years and I'm not that picky, I'm usually just so happy to have my house clean I don't go around inspecting things. I didn't have to inspect anything closely to see what a rushed and poor job they did. They did not wipe down the toilet, they didn't clean the outside of the fridge. They did not mop the floors. Full disclosure. I called and complained and I did not pay the full amount of what Unique thought was owed, I did pay some for the service, albeit more than I thought was deserved. read more

House cleaners told me they would come a little before 10 am, so I expected that to mean somewhere between 9:30 am and 10 am. Well they ended up showing up at exactly 9 am, and I wasn't really ready for them. I told them to go ahead and start cleaning but I wanted to finish scrubbing a dirty pan from the night before that had caked on/burned on grease and I would just be a minute. The woman said she would do it and ended up using steel wool or something similar on it which ruined the finish of the pan (gee, thanks). Additionally, when I was asked to pay, she asked for $125, even though I was quoted over the phone that it would probably be $85 for my first cleaning given the square footage of my unit, and the lack of clutter in the way of cleaning. I would not use this service again or recommend it to others. read more

I recently had my condo cleaned over the weekend by this company. The work they did was great - the tile is shining to the point that I can see a reflection of the items in it, and the refrigerator & oven never looked so good. My only complaint is that they called me to tell me they were going to be about 10 minutes late. Once that ten minutes was up, they called again to say they would be another 10 minutes. This turned into a full hour beyond their scheduled start time (they said they couldn't find the place). Additonally, when the owner confirmed the appointment with me the day before, she told me that Marina and Theresa would be the ladies providing the service. To my surprise, there were 3 of them, not 2 - and no one went by the name of Marina or Theresa....???? read more

Do not use this company!!! They over charge you and did a crappy job. Both bathrooms the floor was sticky after they left. The never moped the kitchen floor. And the kitchen counter still had dirty marks on it from the kids the night before. They talked on their phone for about 20-30 min and they still charged me for that time. After talking to several other cleaning companies they were about $80 more than any of the rest of them and they did a terrible job. Talked to the owner and she had no solution to fix the problem except I should of call after they left. I was too busy working to check there work and when my wife came home she was less than impressed and told me to never use them again. read more

I was in quite a pickle today when another cleaning company didn't show up. I called and found out that the car had broken down several hours ago and they didn't bother to call. I called Unique House Cleaning and asked them if they could squeeze me in. I had already boarded my dogs so that I could have someone clean and I didn't want to waste the day. They were able to come out about 45 minutes after I called and did a really good job. They were also more reasonable than the company I had originally planned on so it worked out well. I would definitely recommend them and plan on calling them again when I need another cleaning! read more

Absolutely one of the worst cleaning experiences I have ever had! My appointment was for 8:00 am and they didn't show up till almost an hour later. I had gone over in detail with Teresa exactly what needed to be done and she estimated 5 hours or so. Well, let me tell you, one girl had to leave immediately because her children were sick, the other 2 girls didn't speak any English. I tried to explain as best I could and do a walk through to make sure that nothing was overlooked. I was shocked when I arrived home around 5:00 to see that the whole house was still turned upside down. At that point, I was told that it would take several more hours- what were they doing all day? Then the head cleaner tried to solicit business from me and offered to have me use her solo to finish the job- what kind of scam are they running? I was given such a run-around - I would not recommend this company at all! read more

I was pleased with the communication in scheduling the appt. and their ability to move the time immediately to accommodate my move in schedule. Unfortunately, the cleaners did a very poor job. This was a move in clean, so the home was empty and I requested a deep clean. I was communicative that I wanted all the cupboards, appliances and everything cleaned well. It was an empty home that just needed the deep cleaning essentials. They estimated an 1 1/2 hours and after nearly 3 hours I went to check on them. I wouldn't mind paying for more time if a good job was done. When they said they were done, I checked. The bathrooms drawers had not been cleaned, the stove was disgusting like the exterior had not even been touched, and the fireplace had not even been dusted. I asked them to go over these items. They did, but not thoroughly. When I moved in the cupboards were dirty, the floor had dirt on it and I was just disappointed. I will have to go over a lot of the items on my own. read more

This was a terrible experience for me from start to finish. They were very unprofessional and arrived late and then tried to solicit business away from the owner and have me go with their cleaning service because it was ''cheaper' I was very specific with what needed to be done. They had estimated 4-5 hours for the entire job so as you can imagine when I arrived home at 6:00pm and still found them barely starting the downstairs, I lost it. I called the owner and she was unsympathetic and did not even address my concerns or try to find a solution. They then asserted that I should pay for 10 hours of work- what I scam I thought- you've got to be kidding me. I would never recommend this service even to my worst enemy. They caused us so much stress and the lack of communication and follow-through was the worst of ever seen- and I've had alot of companies clean my houses over the years. read more
