The place was very clean, and looked well maintained. I was greeted by Thi who was very friendly but professional. In most hair salons I've been to, the hairdresser/barber is distracted talking to others or watching tv. Thi was completely focused on cutting hair and it showed; I thought the haircut was amazing and the attention to detail was really really good. Went in this past Tues with my 3.5 year old son for father/ son haircuts. Rose did a great job with my cut, very careful and thorough, which I appreciate. Thi has been cutting my hair for several months and does a fantastic job. I've been to several men's haircut places, from the bottom of the barrel $10 haircut to a higher end $50 salon. "You get what you paid for" yeah I can confirm; however, I am glad I found this place, for Thi delivers that same $50 at a more than reasonable price. Additionally her personality and professionalism has made this a 5+ star experience for me. The other ladies that work there are also welcoming and you receive an overall positive experience there. No idea how this place gets so many positive reviews. Came in the first time, they cut it way too short, but that wasn't too big of a deal bc I didn't specify that clearly what I wanted. Second time I came in (Thursday: came in bc I needed a quick cut and saw yelp reviews, decided to give another chance) I gave the barber pretty specific instructions(same ones I had given several times before to barbers in NY and they cut it fine) but a different barber interjected and told me to show a picture bc they weren't convinced I could wear my hair in a style that I had used for the past three months.... After I showed them a picture and gave furthher precise instructions, they finally acquiesced and cut it really, really unevenly (almost comically so), though I specifically told her to even it out. None of the barbers could style my hair at all either (which I do every day on my own). Wow. Would ask for a refund if I could. read more

These guys spent less than 20 minutes on my haircut which reflects the poor quality of my haircut. They dont even bother to make sure both sides of your head are even. The lack of attention to detail was unbelievably sad. By far the WORST haircut i have received. This $25 dollar haircut should be worth $1, they suck nuts. Take yourself to Supercuts, even they will do a better job. All in all, fuck this place. read more

They are nice and certainly skilled people, but communication is clearly a problem here. I felt they didn't understand me and I had more trouble understanding their accent. I didn't get any beard trim (I asked for it) and also I didn't get the hair cut I desired. What I got was well made though, but I'm not coming back. Price was good. read more
