I was a longtime customer at this nail salon, coming consistently every 2 weeks, leaving generous tips and even referring other people. The female owner was extremely rude to me when I simply tried to book an appointment time that is actively listed on their website. The last 6 months have been wrought with numerous late appointment starts because they overbook clients and this somehow also turned into my fault and a screaming match? As a busy professional usually booking within tight time slots, I've waited regularly 30-45 min to start an appointment and am being blamed for not being more accommodating. I will not be returning to this facility, and I would caution a very defensive, rude, and thoughtless "manager". It served it purpose out of sheer convenience in close proximity to other businesses I patronize, but their customer experience is lousy and there are too many options to have my time and common sense be disrespected. read more

Very clean and fast service. They accommodated me and my friend at an hours notice on a busy Saturday. Will definitely come back here again.

This was not worth the price at all. First, the place was pretty run down and I didn't feel super clean while getting my nails done which is kind of an essential. Next, they misplaced my hands color while doing my toes color and I had to re choose a color- if you are like me and have a ton of trouble picking a color you can probably understand why this was so frustrating. Now the pedicure wasn't done poorly, I don't really know if you can mess that up because frankly I cannot see that far away. My hands on the other hand were done so poorly. The shape is bad, but they cut my nails too short for me to fix that after they had been cut(I had been growing them out for this :( ) I asked for rounded and they pretty much cut super short on the sides and left long in the middle in this strange triangle shape. The application of the gel was poor as well. They didn't finish up the tips so the nail is visible and raw and the coats were applied much to heavy. When I was getting ready to leave I was asked what I thought and I said that I did not like the outcome. The man at the front responded with "they look good" and walked away. Frankly I'm not surprised by this entire process and result. This seems to happen whenever I last minute pick the closest nail salon to my location. For $65 dollars, not worth it Sigh, on to the next. read more
