The technician was delicate with my belly when the baby was being camera shy, she was very professional! The 3D ultrasound is so cool! Looks like a real baby. I have repeatedly had to make multiple phone calls and return visits because things were not handled correctly during my initial appointment. Simple tasks seem to require constant follow-up, which is frustrating and time-consuming. I am also very concerned about the accuracy of my blood pressure readings. On two separate occasions, a male staff member recorded unusually high readings and informed me that my blood pressure was elevated. However, when my blood pressure was taken by a female staff member and when I monitored it at home as instructed by my doctor, the readings were consistently normal. This raises serious concerns about whether proper procedures are being followed. While I highly recommend the doctors, the office staff's lack of consistency and attention to detail has made my overall experience disappointing. 45 min wait time after coming 10 minutes prior to appointment time. Staff is rude and cannot draft a return to work properly if their life depended on it.

Palm Desert and La Quinta - BOTH locations - are a mess. The front desk girls could not care less about patient service. They're rude, lazy, and completely checked out. Getting anyone to answer the phone or return a call is like pulling teeth. Need a refill on a necessary weekly medication? Be prepared to wait weeks. The answering service is a total joke. They're not helpful, they have no idea what they're doing, and all they do is pass the buck. And yes, I say all of this from experience -- I've worked front office in healthcare. I know what quality service and communication should look like, and this ain't it. This front office is failing your patients and making your practice look terrible. Either retrain them or replace them. Patients deserve better than this.

What can I say, first and foremost, the employee who did our scans, Emily, was fantastic. She made the entire visit feel so comfortable and stress free. She was super patient even though our little boy was being a little shy and not wanting to move his arms out from in front of his face. She gave us a lot of options for trying to get him to move into a good position and when he did move she immediately went and captured the better scans. We ended up getting better scans than we could have imagined and the experience was amazing for us and the brand new grandparents we brought along. The room they had us in was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There was ample seating for adults and children and you could tell the whole place was designed from the ground up to maximize comfort throughout the experience.
