This is my go to boba spot. The prices here are not ridiculous compared to other places and the food and drinks always taste so amazing. The two owners here are always friendly and always work so late everyday. They never fail to greet without a smile and always put the customer first. They also have good music taste, I never fail to come in and enjoy the ambiance and music that is playing. I always go out of my way to come here. It's about 15-20 minutes from where I live-- but no other place compares to this one!

I can only recommend the artichoke tea because that's all I've tried! It's refreshing with the perfect sweetness. Wish they would put more toppings. The best I can get in dfw area. My go to is in Houston: long coffee Royal artichoke

If you have not been here yet, don't wait any longer and check them out!!! Delicious drinks, great pricing, and such friendly/lovely owners! I've been living in the area for years, yet only found out about Unitea a few weeks ago. We were down the street waiting on our to-go food from another restaurant. My other half suggested to go get something to drink in the meantime. Unitea was literally a minute away and since we've never been here I agreed to try it out. Walking in, I was so surprised to see how spacious the place is. Located in a raggedy shopping strip, tucked away in the corner (next to Mom's Alteration), it is definitely unremarkable from the outside, but it's like day and night once you get inside. Too bad I don't take any on-campus classes at UTA, or else this would be one of my go to study spots. There are many tables perfect for students who need a good place to spend hours studying, and great for social distancing during this time. If you just want to come in for some quick drinks, it is also the perfect place to snap some cute photos with all the nice decorations on the wall. The place is run by a middle aged Vietnamese couple who just took over the business back in February. They're very nice and sweet, super quick too. Unitea is one of the very few boba places in the area I know of that offer the agar/crystal boba (less chewy and a bit crunchier than regular boba, must try). My favorite drink from here is Royal Artichoke, comes in a 24oz cup, with several toppings (including agar boba), for only $4! Highly, highly recommend this drink. It's not very sweet and super refreshing especially during this time of year. They also have several snack options which we have not tried any yet. Definitely plan on coming back soon to try out couple new things, plus getting my favorite Royal Artichoke again! :)

I was not a fan of the Royal Artichoke tea. I got it because all the reviews were hyping it up but I just did not get with it. I hate to review a place solely based on one drink, but that was the only one I was able to try. If you haven't had it before, it tastes somewhat similar to Chrysanthemum tea so would recommend the higher sweetnesses (70%) or else it tastes more like water.

Very clean and open atmosphere! The teas were cold and refreshing! They even have games to play. The owners possibly took my order and we're patient in helping me choose a drink. Will definitely be back :)

Love this place!!! I always get the Royal Artichoke because it's so good! Plus I can't find anywhere in Arlington that sell artichoke drinks. I also tried the milk tea, viet coffee, and jasmine sea cream. Their milk tea is okay, not the best. Viet coffee and jasmine sea cream were both good! Can't wait to go back and try more of their drinks!

Love it here. The flavors are great and the ambience is always chill. I can always come here and study relax and catch up on any work that I have with the bar and the couch area. I can also catch up with people I can have a meeting here sometimes it's too crowded in a Starbucks and the selection of drinks isn't that wine and a Starbucks but here it's a great place to have a flavorful drink Asian tea along with an ambience of cool chill in Grapevine.

This is another one of my nieces' picks and has become one of my favorite boba tea spots. I love their royal artichoke tea. I find it so refreshing and light tasting. It comes with crystal boba, grass jelly, and chia seeds. The pachango is a close second although it is on the sweeter side. This drink is a peach mango green tea with mango bits, mango jelly, and strawberry popping boba pearls. They have a variety of other drinks ranging from milk teas to fruit smoothies and slushes to frappes. There are also small bites to which I cannot comment on since I only come in for the drinks. The owners are nice and welcoming. They work as a team to get the drinks out fairly quickly. The interior is cute with plenty of seating and a bunch of board games for you to hang out and play with. It's tucked in the corner of an unassuming shopping center so it's easily missed. If it weren't for my nieces I would probably pass on by myself. Highly recommend!!

The drinks are delicious. I had the artichoke drink (automatically Comes with fillings). It is very refreshing. The Summer spring rolls and its dip sauce are delicious. LOVED THE SAUCE. And only $3! Rice paper salad was a novelty and savory!! Definitely recommend. I believe it is family owned and the couple who take orders are genuinely nice!

I'm going to Unitea bubble tea for the first time with my family what should I get 🤔?

If you want something refreshing, their royal artichoke is hubbie and MIL's go to. Not many tea houses have this on their menu, so if you want to try it, this is one of the few places. 😁

Planning to try Unitea for the first time, what should I get?

When we pulled into the parking lot, we immediately noticed how full it was. Once we walked in, there was a great amount of people sitting around, possibly having meetings and working. It was barely 11 am on a Tuesday. My coworkers and I were able to get coffee and charge our devices. There is an abundance of charging outlets all over. There is even a little seating area for children to sit and read or play. The staff was polite and helpful. We ordered with ease. I like that there is plenty of seating areas inside, two different outside patios downstairs, seating on a second level and another huge patio area upstairs. To get upstairs, you can take the stairs or use the elevator. Besides beverages, you can purchase pastries and merchandise such as t-shirts. This is definitely one of those little shops to come, sit and work while you sip your tea or coffee. It's Uber cute and trendy. Check it out!!

At the same time, my alcohol tolerance is horrible and I just would not have been able to handle any wine or other drink with alcohol. Thus, I could not enjoy the specialties of this establishment. Instead, I got the chicken pesto sandwich. Although quite unassuming, the sandwich was incredibly delicious. The ciabatta bread offered just the right amount of toast and texture to hold everything. There was a sizeable chicken breast. Not dry but also not too flavorful by itself but that's okay. The pesto really delivered on the flavor with a savory, nutty, and slightly herbal flavor. In the future, I'd love to try a one of their many drinks - non-alcoholic and alcoholic included!

To name a few there's creme brulee, charcoal honey, ube, pandan...along with all the regular flavors. The pastries are good, they are average, which is still a good thing. Ham & cheese came out flaky. :) Presentation is beautiful. Sometimes I'll go there midday & there's not alot to choose from so it will prevent me from getting a snack. Charcuterie & wine is available but I haven't ordered any of those. A fun atmosphere, along the wall are built in seats with chairs on the opposite end of the table. Other seating includes table with benches (beware you can't move the benches to get in & out, if I'm wrong I apologize), then some a few tables with chairs by the windows, on the other side they do have benches facing each other with tables in between (great for groups!), & beautiful outdoor patio seating. They have a small upstairs with chairs & use wine barrels as tables. Clever! Customer service is okay, let me say that every person there has been extremely pleasant but out of the four times I've been there, only once I didn't have an issue. They seem to enough their jobs & working together, which is a green flag for any place, but sometimes they get distracted. One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. Each time they did apologize, but three out of four times aren't good odds. I probably won't frequent this location as much, but I will stop by once in awhile because their drinks are worth it.

We ordered the pho ga (chicken pho) and ga len mam (chicken platter). - I'm particular when it comes to pho ga, and this one hit the spot. The broth was clean and flavorful. It had a lot of meat and came with wide noodles, which I love. I wish it came with the eggs also, but that's just me. The sauce to dip wasn't my favorite with the pho, but it's because I prefer the ginger fish sauce. - initially I was surprised that the ga len mam was $70, since the picture didn't show a whole chicken. We were very surprised when we saw it come out. Everything was flavorful and the eggs were my favorite. There's sticky rice in the middle that you can eat with the different styled chicken. Overall, we had leftovers for 5 people. Everything was delicious and under $100.
