Seriously, some small items you buy can probably get tossed like that mower you got for $150 at Sears that no longer works but when you buy that bad ass riding mower that costs you over a thousand bucks it's worth the investment to find a great repair specialist. After spending several hundred bucks on an emergency power generator I couldn't get it started. Since the engine was a Briggs & Stratton I brought it to JD who quickly and masterfully figured out what was wrong with it and assured me it wouldn't cost the price of a new generator to get that puppy up and running again. After getting my generator fixed by JD it worked perfectly. JD is like the Jedi Master of small engine repairs. It's like he waves his hands in the air to perform a Jedi engine trick to get engines working again. Real solid shop with a skilled mechanic! If you spent less than $200 for an item ya probably should just toss it but for those more expensive toys, bring them here for some rehabilitation from the Jedi Master Mechanic.

If you can stomach that call and end up entrusting them to repair your equipment, cross your fingers it'll work. Charged me $420 to get my blower to start and then it failed upon the first use! Asked for a refund and was met with some more of that arrogance, because there is NO way they could be wrong. I'm ashamed to admit that I hired them, don't make the same mistake we did. I went in kinda knowing what I wanted but wasn't married to the ferris by any means. As I was browsing, angelo came down and asked if I needed help. I explained that I wanted to buy a mower and was looking at the ferris is700. He was telling me that it was a great machine and it was a good choice, and I proceeded to tell him that the law enforcement discount was what was persuading me to it. He asked if I considered a scag for their hero discount. I asked what it was, and he said 15% off the entire thing compared to the 500$ off the ferris. He showed me a nice scag patriot and said it was just as nice as the ferris but for a lot less with my discount. No bear came through and was asking about what i was looking for, and he also was telling me how great of a machine the scag is. I asked about a power bagger, and he checked to see if they had one, and they did. I said, "Let's do it then." He offered me free delivery, and they installed the bagger for me and delivered it 2 days later. Angelo and no bear are absolutely awesome down there. They can find you any part and really know what they sell. I highly recommend them for any power equipment needs and look forward to using them in the future. Nice easy process from start to finish.

He pointed to doors leading to the shop area. As I approached the door's Angelo's son at the top of the stairs asked me what I was doing. I told him I had a pee problem. In a nasty demanding voice he yelled "There are no bathrooms here".....I am a returning customer looking to buy that day....I will never shop at this store. I had to go into the nearby woods to pee.. Can't help but think that such a hostile manner will affect their future business..
