(First time seeing that one from beginning to end and I now understand why it's such a cult classic.) VIP legacy 9 is on US 40 in Greenfield but is close to my home in New Pal. Always have had good experiences with staff who are friendly. Also, I got a bucket of popcorn early in the year, and now come here just to get (cheap) refills on the popcorn to take home. Yum!!

We bought our tickets on-line and ended up paying a n $8 fee. We should have just bought tickets at the theater and then we could have avoided the fee. There as no line when we arrived. The staff is super nice - down to earth. They offer a number of deals on popcorn and concessions. The theater was super clean. The chairs are comfortable, but not recliners. There are cup holders at each seat. Our view was unobstructed and noise level was low even though there were a lot of kids in the theater. There is a cute little birthday room set up with deals for the kids to get snacks and see a movie. The restrooms were clean (although a number of stalls were non operational. There was plenty of free parking close to the door. The lobby is filled with electronic games to keep the kids occupied before the show. I can't wait to go back without the kids and see an adult show.

The reason I give it 4/5 stars is because during weekends with increased crowds many theaters go uncleaned between showings which is not fair for the next person. I understand turn around is fast with the amount of showings for popular movies but I rather a worker say "excuse me" during the trailers to clean up popcorn in and surrounding my seat then have to sit around others peoples mess. We got a small theater for our group of friends and split the cost nine ways which made it $25 per person. Given that it was all just us, and we could talk and move around, it was a much nicer experience. The seats in our theater were very comfortable and had the recliners. I tried a little bit of the popcorn and it seems pretty good, my sample wasn't too salty like many movie theater popcorns can be.

Our theater was a little dirty, popcorn was on the floor in our seating area prior to getting there. Also someone's dirty kleenex was in my armrest cup holder but I didn't let that both me. I just didn't touch it at all. I understand it might not be much time to clean the theater in-between some showings but during this time of year with germs being rapidly spread, it would be good to do better at checking.

If you're entering after 5 pm, you should use the south entrance to the museum, since the canal north entrance is locked. Tickets can either be bought at the ticketing counter or online, but online tickets are also scanned in here to check in. Then, the concessions counter is right by there. The prices for concessions are a little steep, but nothing outrageous. You can enter the theater from the first or second floor. The theater is pretty steep, so there's a bit of stairs depending on where you need to go. There is accessible seating at the very top row of the theater with companion seats. The seats are fairly comfortable but the rows are spaced kind of close, so you can feel people bumping your seat if they are moving about even pretty normally. And I've seen so many amazing movies here. The staff are great. The experience is great. I have no notes. It's perfect.
