We found a vehicle we were interested in, and when the salesperson pulled up the Carfax report, we noticed it showed 3 previous owners and a reported accident -- but this was never mentioned to us before we asked. When we asked what happened in the accident, the salesperson didn't know, and simply told us "just to be sure," implying they don't sell cars with frame damage. That's not reassuring when the report is sitting right there, and no one can explain it. As buyers, we expect the person selling us a car to actually walk us through its history, not hand us a report and hope we don't read it closely. If we hadn't asked, we wouldn't have known any of this. Be sure to ask direct questions and read the Carfax yourself before you sign anything here. @CarMaxMurrieta, CA We visited CarMax Murrieta today to get an appraisal on our trade-in. We are the original and only owners of this car and have never been in an accident -- no claims, no repairs, nothing. So we were stunned when they came back and told us there was "frame damage" and asked if we'd been in an accident. We know our car's history better than anyone, and this simply isn't true. It's hard not to wonder if this is used as a reason to lower trade-in offers. If you're bringing a vehicle in for appraisal here, get a second opinion elsewhere before you accept what they tell you about your car's condition.

I purchased a Lexus from them, and even when I had an issue after the sale, they were quick to step in and help resolve it without any hassle. The staff was professional, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care. I'd absolutely recommend them. Some of the negative reviews seem more like they came from people upset about financing or credit issues rather than the service itself. If you are looking for a reliable used car, Ike and Ehab will make sure you are taken care of!

They took the time to walk me through all the paperwork, helped me set up my insurance, and never once made me feel rushed. Their team worked with me every step of the way and even stayed after hours to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail. What stood out the most was how personable and hospitable the staff were, they truly made the process fun and stress-free. They allowed a mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection, which gave me so much peace of mind, and they helped me secure an amazing warranty for the car. I genuinely recommend Victorville Auto Sales to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable dealership. I'd happily recommend them to my family and friends. Such an amazing experience first-time experience at a dealership, thank you Ehab, Ali, and Ike! I will update you guys below as time passes. Updates: December 2024: - Have had the car for a week and no problems yet. August 2025: - While my buying experience was genuinely positive, I want to share my long-term experience for transparency. Within about two weeks of purchase, the car needed a $3,000 camshaft repair (covered under my extended warranty), and recently (July 2025), it required a full engine replacement costing ~$8,000 (also under my extended warranty). I'm grateful I bought the extended warranty because it covered these expenses, but these major repairs so soon after purchase were stressful and unexpected. I recommend future buyers get a very thorough inspection and understand what the warranty covers.
