When I said enough was enough I pick the coach up and had to turn around because not only did it not have power but not the transmission would not shift which it did when I dropped it off. The bull... story's started up again week after week until I gave them a deadline or I was going to the DMV to file a complaint and wouldn't you know they met that deadline! Transmission now shifted but still had lack of power problem. When I was in a MVA recently, the police officer waited for this towing company to respond. In the time it took them to get to the scene (and mind you, they're a 5 min drive down the street), two other towing companies attempted to (with no avail) tow my car. Verdict? TURTLE SPEED SERVICE. When I tried to find my car plates (WITH THIS SHOP) to clear things up with the MOT and insurance company, what did they tell me? #1. First off, they didn't even know WHERE my car was. They gave me a phone number of someone who assessed the car BUT DIDN'T PICK IT UP. So they threw me through a loop, leaving voice mails, calling back random numbers for absolutely no reason. #2. Secondly, when I CALLED THEM BACK, they finally gave me the RIGHT name of the company that picked up my car. No phone number, no address. Way to give me NOTHING to work with. #3. When I called back AGAIN (all within 24 hours and in absolute frustration), they told me that they DID NOT take my car plates. But they gave some random person access to my car to pick up my stuff. It completely baffled me how Michael, the owner of the shop, got defensive and insisted that it was my boyfriend/the guy who was also in the accident who accessed my car. Excuse me? How could my boyfriend (who was in the accident with me at the time) pick up my stuff? We only have ONE CAR now (to which I drive to work) because we got into a MVA. You're telling me that my boyfriend walked how many blocks to your car shop to pick up a few things? You're not working with 5 year old children, if you're going to feed me some bull, at least be honest and tell me you're not sure. Now, I am completely distraught. I have to file a police report for LOST/STOLEN car plates because this car shop doesn't know how to do their job. So now I'm under the impression that they gave some random stranger access to my car and my belongings. Beautiful. Just beautiful. Please work on your people skills if you hope to stay in the SERVICE oriented industry.

Brian started it right up. He tested the battery with some fancy equipment and determined the battery was pretty much shot. I followed him to the shop because my car requires the battery to be installed from underneath using the lift. Very happy with these guys.

My car died about 6 houses down from my own place at 8:30pm on a Friday night. I was initially told that the tow would take an hour, but Dave's showed up in about 25-30 minutes! The driver was very courteous and asked me what happened. He checked under the hood, inspecting the engine, checking the oil, etc just to see if we could figure out what was going on. After many attempts at jumping my car to get it moved into a better place to put on the flatbed, he ended up having to pull/push my car into the road and was very careful throughout the process. He also let me know that the undercarriage in the front was scraped up some (which I knew) so that I wouldn't think that the towing did that. He doubled checked what dealership it was being taken to, made sure I didn't need a ride, and got my car on the flatbed and out of the road quickly. Considering a different tow company I used through my Roadside Assistance took 3 hours in the fall to just come get my keys, not even pick up my car, I was very happy with the service that Dave's provided and would recommend them in an instant.

He started the car and indicated the smell was coming from the EV battery. He also showed on the dash that the charge was very low.
