The kicker is that we even called ahead multiple times to try and see if they were indeed open today; got zero answers, and their voicemail is full. I've absolutely, positively no idea why this place has tremendous reviews. They absolutely stink at handling the basics of a brewery. Not to mention, and not to throw shade at the entire neighborhood, but the adjacent plaza isn't exactly visitor-friendly. Trash everywhere basically. Do yourself a huge favor and come try the nearby Craft House. They do CRAZY stuff here, such as: a) answer phones b) serve adults on a Saturday c) have good beer and good bar apps.
