I hit frozen fog in the way home, it caused my windshield to get cloudy, the windshield wiper fluid wouldn't clean the windows. I stopped by here to wash my car. I paid for the most expensive/comprehensive wash. I watch the car in front of me get a thorough scrub. When it is my turn, I get a quarter of the time spent on my car. Kept my receipt, and came back in the morning. Showed him and he let me run my car through again. It's better, still not 100% but glad they gave it another try. -Would have driven around again if I had known this is what the back of my car looked like. I've been here a few times and usually have a coupon. Even though it is winter, I like to wash the vehicle every once in awhile so the dirt doesn't get too thick. I didn't have a coupon this time and it is $9 for the cheapest wash. Wow... spendy! The girl working took my money and then it was a go. Made it to the end and the dryer did not dry my windshield. I pulled over to look at the rest of the vehicle and it was still dirty on the bottom of the sides and the rear window/bumper area. I went around again and told her and she didn't question it and put me through the wash again. Very disappointed with my experience at this location today... When pulling up I noticed a black Mercedes suv sitting on the wash pad for 10 minutes. As I sat there watching the whole rear of the suv dry up with soap on it as a result from after they had done a spotty and spotty pre wash. (1st note: no employees where around when I pulled up) Both of the employees were off getting change for the customer in the office.... Upon their exit one of them walked up to me and stated that they couldn't help me due to my flatbed on my truck... That being said they have washed my truck several times before today. I asked him why things have changed and he replied with the manager had chewed him out for doing so the day before with another customer. (2nd note: their sign said nothing about flatbed restrictions) I would understand if I had a truck caked in mud, stuff in the back or even side boards on it. My bad review is for the lack in response from the option that yelp gives you to write the business a direct message and get a response in less than 10 minutes. Well it's been 6 hours now..... I finally called the Clackamas location and the employee stated he wouldn't even drive his car through these washes. I'm still waiting for a phone call/help after a week. I'd also like to mention the employees loudly complaining "FUUUCK!" when they saw the long line of cars for the wash. Their vacuum stations are not maintained at all- waste of money, and it's been this way for awhile. Out of 5 stations, only one has the attachment on the end of the hose and it kept falling off. Also, I have used them for years and the amount of time you get for your money has reduced- I couldn't even get the floors done in my car, where as in the past I could almost get the whole inside- seats, dash, back area done with only feeding it once. The staff seems disinterested in quality service- it is really hit or miss on wether they will get the scrubbing done before they send you through the wash. read more

I'd pass on this place, the attendant let it be known the owner(s) care more about making money than having a quality car wash. More on that later. I rolled in and had to wait 20 minutes for the attendant to get the car in front of me going through (I'm not exaggerating here). A whole 10 minutes was spent with him walking off with her credit to swipe...? Once you start going through the attendant will fold your mirrors in...which you'll invariably forget to unfold until you are down the road. I haven't seen other car washes like this fold mirrors in - or if they do they unfold them for you. DO NOT use the vacuums. There are 4. One had a broken attachment. The second one I went to turned on but did not suck. I return for my money...attendant is familiar - I wonder why there is no sign. Go to 3rd which also turns on but can't even suck up pine needles. So I go back again (pissed) to get my money back and ask the attendant WTF? He says he knows it's a problem and he brings it up to his boss all they time but they don't seem to care about fixing it. I think that kind of attitude is indicative of how a business operates overall. If you don't care about how your vacuums suck in a car wash operation...you likely take shortcuts elsewhere (i.e. are all those extra/special treatments you're supposed to get with the "deluxe" package really happening with the expensive waxes/solutions? Went through the other day... The one taking the money had some spark and was running... His helper, looked like he just got out of bed and went literally in the office between cars...LAZY!!! Terrible customer service, vehicle still dirty and THE RUDEST AND LAZIEST EMPLOYEES i have ever seen. I have had issues with this car wash multiple times, but continue coming back because it is the closest car wash to my house. I have two vehicles that are both fairly new, and require car washes about once a week. I was so pleased with the service and quality of this car wash for the first couple of months that it was open but the last 6 months have become absolutely horrendous. The gems that they are hiring now are the rudest employees I have ever seen, ever, in any sort of customer service capacity. I brought my truck through the wash today and had 2 handfuls of pine needles in the bed of the vehicle. The employee Joe did not inform me that because of these two handfuls of pine needles that they would not be turning on the blow dryer, which I paid for, and just sent me through. I wad on a call so didn't realize it hadn't dried until I was already on the freeway, so I called them and asked them what had happened and what they were going to do to fix the situation. The employee who responded was extremely rude and couldn't have given a crap less. When I asked him why they did not inform me that I was not going to receive the goods that I had paid for, his response was "I dunno. I guess we forgot to tell you. I didn't get there until you were halfway done." Hoping to be able to retain my relationship with this company as I like to keep our $ local, I called the corporate office and after being placed on hold for 6 minutes was told they were not available but that they would call me by the end of the day. This is not occur, so I called them at 3 p.m. today. Again, to be placed on hold for multiple minutes only to have the receptionist come back on and say "This is (name)." I'm pretty sure she was attempting to act as though I was speaking with whom I has requested, just to get me off her back. I asked if she was a manager and she said, "(silence......) no, I'm sorry, nobody is available." When I asked her what that even meant she responded that the management has been given my complaint and I would receive a rewash coupon in the mail. When I informed her that they were going to lose a (multiple car, minimum once a week) customer, that I did not care about the free car wash but that I insisted on speaking to a manager, she responded "I will write that down." Absolutely unacceptable customer service from not only the employees, but also the pathetic excuse for a corporate office. Obviously, I will not be utilizing this company's services anymore. Washman is only an extra 10 minutes up the road, and I always get at least what I paid for. And the one time I have had an issue with them, it was rectified with a smile and kindness, not a shitty attitude and dismissive management. Only saving grace today was the "supervisor" (Aaron? Ryan? I can't remember his name) that I spoke with after going through again today (with no pine needles) to try to get rid of some of the water spots from yesterday. Stupid move. I ended up with a truck bed FULL of soapy water and a still completely wet/soapy vehicle because the same employee, Joe, turned the blowers off as soon as the bed of my truck got to them. The "supervisor" sensed my frustration and immediately offered to send to be through again, with him monitoring to ensure that it was done properly. By this point I was so irritated and I was out of time, I declined. Mqy be petty but I've also had issues with their vacuums not working and being unable to get a refund. Quite possibly the worst car wash on the planet. Save your money. Give it to the homeless guy on the corner. Buy an extra burrito. Save it for a different car wash. They used a brush on the windshield and still managed to miss the bug guts and bird crap. The water may come from the sewer - truck was covered in mud/white spots afterwards. Great service! My truck is actually clean. The guys took extra time to scrub my truck the Tano-cover never gets cleaned so it was very nice to have that cleaned. Trevor must have been there on a bad day. The employees here are great and do a good job. When it's really hot out they have a cooler full of ice cold bottled water and each customer receives one, for free, when you arrive. I only use this car wash as I think they're the best. read more

With a few days of clear weather, on March 17, 2016, we decided to have our car washed. Waiting in line for our turn, they have an advertisement on the fence to the left as you enter, for the cQpon app that allows a savings on car washes. I have used this app previously for a $3 savings off of the Utterly Clean $10 wash, which brings the cost down to $7 which is the regular car wash price. When in the car wash the attendant said that their computer was down and they were not able to honor the cQpon discount. I was able to send the parent company, Stein Oil a message from their website. Within a couple of hours I received a response apologizing for the issue and promising to send a coupon for a free wash. They also let me know that they are investigating and will correct the issue in order to avoid future occurrences. The response and action taken by their corporate representative was quick and very much appreciated. I can highly recommend this business. Overall, this is one of the best car washes around. Very few will pre-spray and use a car washing brush prior to sending the car in. This one does and the results are great. read more

Literally took chunks out of the paint on the right front fender. Going to look into suing them for damages. This place should be closed down. I own a 2006 Toyota Tundra with a standard roof rack on canopy and have never had issue going thru wash.. Today (Aug 29 2016) I'm told they will no longer allow me to use the car was because of rack on canopy - it should be noted that the truck has not been lifted nor does it come close the the height restriction bar at entrance. read more

Come to this car wash if you want your car hit several times with the hard plastic back of the pre scrub brush. If you would like your car to only be half dry at the end. And also if you'd like excess amounts of soapy bubble water stuck in every possible place of your car (door frame, trunk, headlights taillights grill etc) that you have to manually wipe out. The girl working there hit my car at least three times with the pre scrub brush leaving little scratches and dings. But the second or third time she hit my car she saw me visibly upset so she hollered sorry before subsequently hitting my car again. I would not go back to this car wash ever. I used to think this was the greatest car wash - they took extra time to clean prior to washing and compared to most, it seemed to wash better. However, I took my pickup here and the canopy was damaged going through. Even the manager on duty said she heard the noise and after inspecting the damage, advised me to submit an incident report as well as an estimate from the shop of my choice to have the damaged repaired. About a week or two later I submitted the estimate and received a follow up phone call that it was being "sent up the ladder". 2 months later, I checked in and was told to visit the "corporate office" above the convenience store. The woman I spoke with was very cordial and apologized for taking so long to respond. She claimed they had changed management and the paperwork must have gotten lost in the process. She would have to have the owner review my claim as "she had final say". I received a letter in the mail from Pacific Pride/Stein Oil that my claim had been denied without reason. It appears that the owner also owns the Pacific Pride station, Chevron station and convenience store. I used to used the Pacific Pride station 1-2 times per week for my company vehicle, the Chevron for our personal vehicles and the convenience store for lottery tickets. If the owner refuses to take accountability for her business, I refuse to contribute to her. There are plenty of other businesses to use. read more
