I wanted to have my husband's 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee detailed for Fatrher's Day. We have had automotive services at E&N in the past, and I remembered that they also do auto detailing. The problem they were going to have to deal with is that we had a wonderful pitbull who we used to take everywhere with us, before we lost her at the beginning of the year. Her tiny hairs were EVERYWHERE in the carpet, and VERY hard to get out - trust me, I tried! They charged slightly more due to the amount of dog hair, which was completely fair, so I said go for it. They said it would look as good as new, but of course I thought that was a lofty goal... Oh my gosh, we were SHOCKED at how amazing it looks! The carpet looks as good as when it was new (maybe better)! I would never have believed this was possible, but we could not be more pleased! They worked on it for over 8 hours! The price was more than fair, and to say they exceeded our expectations would be an understatement! Earlier this year I had my 2011 Subaru Forester in for some major top end work on the engine; about $3600. At the conclusion I was told there was a warranty on their work. I skeptically thought to myself, "Yeah, I've heard those words from repair shops before", only to find out, 'that's not covered under your warranty.' Well I am elated to report that's NOT the case at E&N. Twice I have been back with issues that I was not certain were related to the prior repair work and both times it was fixed, NO CHARGE, as it was covered by the repair warranty. THIS IS ALLL MY PERSONAL OPINION. I took my new car to get fixed which I'm grateful for but the customer service from Angie was also rushed and short and treated me as if I'm dumb when I asked simple questions. The loaner car they gave me was filthy and was very obvious it hadn't been clean in some time. No one communicated to me that they would drive me car for 40 plus miles to duplicate the issue with my heater. Overall a poor experience and won't go back unless I have too. No gas reimbursement, just got scolded when I asked why it was driven so much. after posting this review the owner of the company called and yelled at me over the phone threating to sue me for my review saying it was not with his company. Gage auto sales I would be working with e&n inc, Jeremy said I would be working with e&n inc and I have the text to prove it. All I said was I wasn't treated nicly and the car I got was dirty. Marco and his team are the most reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics I have experienced. The mechanics here are all very skilled and honest with work done in a timely manner. Recently, my car broke down unexpectedly after shop hours. I reached out to Marco and he quickly responded by offering to open up the gates on his personal time, he came to his shop after closing just to make sure my car would be towed safely. His technicians quickly diagnosed the issue and my car was repaired the following day. On top of this experience, all of his prices are reasonable and much more affordable than dealerships or other mechanics. I took my car in yesterday for interior detailing. The work done is great - the car looks cleaner than the day I bought it. They were accommodating when I wasn't able to get back to pick up my car right at 5. The reason for the 3 stars is that when I picked up the car, I noticed my gas was lower than when I brought it in and my trip mpg was much lower. I reviewed my dash cam footage when I got home and saw my car was left idling with the heat high on the feet from 11 am to 1:30 pm. The key was left in the car and it was parked four parking spaces down from their entrance gate that's on the main street. I'm glad nothing negative came of this but it doesn't sit right with me still. I heard back from them today that this is their standard practice to dry the interior. They said on a warm day it doesn't need to be on as long. It was 80 degrees and sunny yesterday, so if this is the short end of time they leave it on, it's still pretty long. They refunded me enough to make up for the gas and made it right. I do appreciate that part and their fast response. I wanted to let others know that this is how they dry cars. If your car is not able to idle for that long without issue, I'd recommend going somewhere else. read more

Amazing! I was given a gift certificate by a friend who told me she was tired of riding around in my car when I am the DD. Best gift ever!!! (In my defense i have a kiddo who snacks and spills in car and had a very large shaggy dog- but that also let's you know the task I left for E&N) When E&N were done, my Cadi looked like she did when she rolled off the lot. They were booked out a ways, but happy to get me scheduled. Arrive between 8-9am to drop off key. They had the car ready by 4:30 and it was looking as good as new. My car had old hot cocoa stains in back and crumbs from everything... they did and amazing job inside and out. I had tree sap on the outside and grime and It feels like I am driving a new car. I had read great reviews about E&N on Facebook so I decided to give them try when the fuel gauge and "miles to empty" indicator showed "0" even though I had just filled the tank. Within a few hours after I dropped off the car I received a text with photos of a mouse nest they located on my fuel pump with several chewed wires. They repaired that issue but the gauges still showed-empty. They called to make sure I was OK with more diagnostics, and they quickly traced the issue to a shorted out instrument cluster. They communicated with me every step of the way and their hourly rate was so much less than the dealership would have charged. They didn't recommend any repairs that weren't needed either. While my car was there, we decided to have them detail it as well. My car looks brand new. I understand why so many local dealerships use E&N for their reconditioning services, they are top-notch. The engine compartment, interior and exterior of my car looks like I just drove it off of the showroom floor. They are professional, courteous and operate with honesty and integrity. I have a Ram 1500 truck that wouldn't start, and with an out of town work assignment and a new baby on the way I didn't have time to spend on it. Had it towed to E&N after talking to them on the phone and explaining what the behavior was... battery testing fine and it wasn't turning over at all. I suggested the alternator or the starter. They call back a few days later and say it's fixed, it was the idle control valve according to them. Turned out to not be that, we had a bit of a communication break down, and the truck wouldn't start again. The tow probably jarred the starter, and the mechanic proceeded with what appeared to be the problem to him. They had me call them to make it right and I think that says worlds about their business model. I highly recommend them. read more

E & N figured out and fixed the issues on my BMW X5 Diesel when no one else could!! I have been having some issues with testing on the emission system on my diesel BMW and after taking it to Kuni BMW and another local shop , I was panicking! We were at the point where I couldn't pass DEQ and it was apparently "too cold outside" for the engine to be tested to the point where the system would allow it to pass... I didn't know what to do. A friend suggested I try E&N as they have specialists that are knowledgeable about several makes and models, even high end diesel systems. I have admit I was a bit skeptical but I was also desperate and I have been to them before for a full detail (absolute best ever, by the way) so I decided to give them a shot. Adam was the specialist who worked the magic on my car. Not only did he figure out what it was and fix it quickly, he even took it through DEQ for me to ensure it was perfect!! I almost cried when he called... he's a true miracle worker. The entire team was incredible. I found them to be exceptionally talented, extremely honest and very reasonable priced.
