I ordered pick up, the food was ready when I arrived, but it tasted bland and old, the lady was nice and everything but when I called she sounded like she was half asleep. we ordered delivery for the first time. They were literally at my house within a half an hour. The driver was so friendly and very outgoing. The food was actually hot and fresh. Since I have moved to Milford, I have yet to find a Chinese place that I love the sautéed vegetables with the steamed chicken was the best I've ever had.this is our new place. I don't usually give immediate 5 star reviews but when it comes to United China there's not one bad thing I can say. They are the example to follow. Always a pleasant experience. Food is delicious, fresh, and most importantly consistent. Being someone that's been eating American/Chinese food for practically my whole life, there's a reason it's been in the same location since the 80's and most likely won't be going anywhere soon. The owner gives the best service I've ever had in what's mainly now (after covid) more of a takeout establishment. She's always friendly & extremely polite. As far as the inside, it's always exceptionally clean which adds that much more to the overall ambiance/environment & trust that a lot seem to forget about in other kitchens, (sorry mom!) With that being said, I drive 20 min atleast once or twice a week from my hometown whenever I get my cravings for some chicken & broccoli/General Tso's chicken! Thank you United China! First order they will treat you like a long time customer. The food is quite good and so is the price. For what it's worth, they have taken extensive safety measures with the current situation. I've been ordering from here for a long time. Tonight was the last straw. Not only was the food Mediocre the service was not acceptable. Boneless ribs dry, chicken and broccoli also dry. No sweet and sour sauce came with my order, called they said someone would be right over (mind you I'm literally a 2 minute drive away and just spent $50) waited 20 minutes, nothing. I've been coming here for years. Nothing fancy, just rock solid Chinese takeout. There are a couple of tables if needed, but the customer base is primarily take out. United China is your standard, busy, strip mall Chinese restaurant. It is very close and convenient, so I come here once or twice a month for take-out dinners. The food is fairly average, but it has a few winners. Compared to the other nearby restaurants, their egg drop soup is my favorite, since it actually tastes like egg! I also like their chicken wing appetizers. It has a couple of tables, but it's more of a take-out restaurant than a sit-down restaurant. I like the place and the people who run it. You can find fancier restaurants that have more highly finessed cuisine, but I'm glad to have this one in my neighborhood. read more

Surprisingly good! Beef ribs (With Bone) tender and flavorful, Roat pork lo-Meir was juicy and very good! Highly recommended!
