Well,I wanted to give them another shot because it's been like a year since I've last ordered from here but it's even WORSE than the last time.The rice tastes fake or something...food had NO FLAVOR...roast pork egg foo young...I asked for xtra soy sauce got 2 pkts only...my wonton soup has no flavor and they're just crap now.WHERE IS GOOD CHINESE FOOD IN THE VALLEY???...it's not here,china sea or that moon one in the stop n shop plaza!!!...CHINESE FOOD SUCKS HERE!!!...get it together china garden!!! this food is smaking well at lease what I order I get Boneless chicken that's actually real chicken they pull it out the deep freezer infront of u so thats a plus so boneless chicken with vegetable fried rice with garlic sauce over that boneless chrispy on the outside and chicken on the inside it's crazy if u never tried that u need to consider and I travel from Waterbury to the Bonya to get this right here that's all I'll say the best in the state I give them 5 salute to them and custome service on point can't forget about the peoples . read more

Good takeout. Not much to look at but food is good and prices are reasonable. Orange chicken is very good. So are the egg rolls.

This food hit the spot. As a former New Yorker I've had my share of good and bad Chinese food. This is by far the best I've had in a while. I will definitely order from here again. General Tso Chicken takeout had very very little chicken, and it was gray and hard. The meal was mostly sauce and massive amount of breading saturated with oil. Chicken lo mein was OK. They added good-tasting egg rolls to the order. read more

The driver was an hour late with our food. The ribs and the beef in the rice were chewy and fatty. The fried shrimp was tasteless and had a weird texture. The eggrolls tasted like they were in a warmer all day, all the same chewy consistency. The rice was... weird. Like just plain yellow rice with those frozen peas/carrots and some onions. This is a take out restaurant only. As far as I now they never used to deliver, but last weekend we placed an order and just as we were leaving to pick it up a delivery guy was at the front door! Woo Hoo, gotta love that! I have rarely been disappointed with a meal from this place. Actually, I can't recall ever getting a bad meal. There is nothing fancy, its a typical Chinese restaurant, but its always good and reliable. Nearly always ready when they say it will be. It is okay..the amount of food worth the money. But no flavor at all. The noodles were like ramen noodles in a package. Generals tsoa was bright red and tasted more like tomatoes. Chow fen , the thin noodles had no sauce at all on it. The Lomein was very plain and that actually was the best tasting. We spent $35 for the food but very disappointed that it was tasteless. They are very nice, and gave us free fried shrimp but even that was soggy. Lastly the fortune cookie was STALE , and the fortune actually said " nothing is perfect" . So our usual Chinese spot was very busy and me and my husband were in a bit of a rush and was forced to find someone else. This is on the way to our destination and decided to try it out. And when I heard the price I was shocked. It was a great deal for the food and the food was even better than our other place! I think we found our new Chinese spot! I got food poising from this place! I called to speak to a manager and got HUNG UP ON TWICE!

Boiled dumplings were very good. House Special Chow Mei Fun (rare find) was good as was the Triple Delight. Rice was perfectly cooked. Disappointing and terrible service. I went over here because it's walking distance from my house. Rude service, gross inside and they didn't have two or three dishes before I had the very mediocre special. Sunkist orange soda was also stale. Group of friends wanted to eat Chinese for dinner. We picked this place because it was the closest to us. Never ate here before and most likely will never be back. Food was horrible! Everyone agrees. I have yet to find an even semi decent Chinese food restaurant here. You'd thinking living in Orange County there'd be an array of all types of food. Love, love, love this place!! Mostly for takeout as they only have two or three tables for eat in. The staff is very friendly..the owner is beyond nice and very accommodating..there's times I order stuff that's not on their menu and he will still make it for me!! Their prices are good, they're conveniently located, they're fast and they deliver. What i like the best is the fresh taste of their ingredients and also the fact that their food is not greasy, like other Chinese restaurants. I love their boneless spare ribs and general tso chicken. They are the best around the area. I will definitely come again.

Generally I don't like to score Take-out restaurants above 3 stars because the food has to contend with food from literal 5 star restaurants, but I am passionate about Chinese cuisine and I have to say that China Garden has some pretty good Chinese food for extremely cheap. I work down the street from the take-out only establishment and I am amazed at how good the food tastes for how cheap it is. The wonton soup is extremely flavorful and the wontons have a pretty good sized chunk of meat in them. The roast pork and chicken with broccoli and both tender and fresh tasting, and their fried treats are always fresh and lightly battered. The time and care they put into their terriaki beef is worth the trip alone- they literally spent 15 minutes basting and re-basting it for maximum flavor. They have lunch specials for about 4 dollars that are really the size of two lunch portions. If you are in the area, I can guarantee that you will not find a better spot for Chinese take-out. read more

Alls this place has going for them is that their pork fried rice is good. However; I ordered online like they advertise heavily on their website to do. Which I like the convenience of online ordering. After placing my online order it said pick up time abouy 30 mins. The time went by, went to pick up my food, and they didn't even have my order ready! They said did you call I said no I ordered online. So she went over to the online order computer and found the print out to my order. And said we forget to check that! Then DON'T OFFER ONLINE ORDERING! And also I got the chicken and broccoli combination and it is literally soaking in a gross sauce which did not taste like typical chicken and broccoli.
