I followed every step and guideline required for enrollment. I brought my daughter in for testing and was told I would receive a call within two days with feedback. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. I called multiple times after that and was repeatedly told they would call me back the next day--but no one ever did. Eventually, I couldn't even get through to anyone. This was especially upsetting because my daughter was excited about attending. As a private school where families pay out of pocket, I expected a much higher level of communication and care. The lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable. When we attended a tour with my mother-in-law, we also felt very rushed, as if our time and interest didn't matter. I even explained that I was willing to make a 40-minute commute daily for my daughter to attend, which is a big commitment--but that didn't seem to matter to them. Overall, the experience made it clear that this school does not prioritize prospective students or families. The front office appeared understaffed and disorganized, and the lack of communication speaks volumes. It's very disappointing, especially considering the strong expectations associated with a private institution.

We just returned from the 7/8th graders' DC/NY Trip and it's worth a shout out on its own. Kudos to…read moreSacred Heart for all the crazy hard work to make this happen! I had the privilege to go with my son and the experience was absolutely priceless!!!

On the scheduled workday, our crew arrived at the school on time and was ready to begin work…read more However, Mrs. Ednalyn Berg arrived late to open the school. Once she arrived, she unlocked all of the doors so that we could begin our assigned duties. While preparing the work area, we noticed that various school materials had been left on the carpet. When we asked Mrs. Berg why the items had not been removed, she stated that the parents had not moved them and told us not to worry about it. We proceeded to apply the floor stripper as part of our work. After the stripper had already been applied, Mrs. Berg returned and instructed us to remove the materials from the carpet. We explained that we could not safely do so because the floor stripper made the floor extremely slippery, creating a safety hazard. We continued working to prevent the stripper from drying, as allowing it to dry could damage the floor and create additional problems. Mrs. Berg then instructed us to stop working so she could speak with us. We informed her that we could not stop at that point because the floor required continuous attention to avoid damage. She became upset and requested to speak with a supervisor. At that time, Jose contacted our supervisor, Ellen, by phone and handed the phone to Mrs. Berg. During the conversation, Mrs. Berg dropped Jose's phone into the water. Jose informed her that she had damaged his cell phone. A short time later, Ellen called back. Mrs. Berg forcefully grabbed Jose's phone and ran into the office while speaking on it. Approximately five minutes later, she returned the phone to Jose. Following this incident, Jose instructed the crew to stop work and begin packing up the equipment. Mrs. Berg then stated that she was going to call Immigration and claimed that her husband was a police officer. She proceeded to call the police and falsely alleged that Jose had assaulted her. Jose immediately stepped outside the premises and waited for the police to arrive. Mrs. Berg stated that the school had security cameras. If Jose had actually assaulted her, the camera footage would have confirmed her allegation, and he likely would have been arrested. However, no such arrest occurred because the allegation was false and unsupported by the evidence. This shows the erragance Mrs. Berg then stated that she was going to call Immigration and claimed that her husband was a police officer. This report accurately reflects the events witnessed by the crew during the incident.
