Our flight was leaving Very early, so my eyes were only open enough to take one picture! But believe me when I tell you that this was a very comfortable really well laid out lounge. The food was nice and hot and was very fresh. For breakfast they were serving scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and different pastries. I know the bar was open but at 6 o'clock in the morning that was a little too early for me to drink! One of the nicest lounges we've been to in a while. read more

I have to say this is one of the best United Clubs I have ever been to for domestic travel. I had an hour to kill before my flight and was super happy to see that Cleveland had a club to begin with! They had tons or room (unlike so many clubs) and the food options were fun. Perogis really super fun, they were not the best but it was fun to have that option. They had a nice setup for salads and other choices and a great bar tender and an illy machine for good coffee. Not sure when I will be back there back always glad to know you get the money for your membership in a smaller airport. read more

This is a nice United Club by the C gates in the Cleveland Airport. I won't go through all the food again in this review, as it was the same as in my previous visit, although I did see some moldy cheese (oops!). I did have the fantastic coffee gelato again. When flying on United Airlines, buying a day pass is a must when I have long layovers or on a lengthy delay. The club allows me to relax. Have a drink and catch up on work in a quiet area. I love the personal touch having the front desk agents rebook me if need be. Friendly staff. read more

The food was pretty mediocre at this United Lounge in Cleveland Hopkins airport. I'm usually a fan of pastries but all of them looked dry and like they were sitting around for a looong time. One thing I did love was the Illy coffee machine. It made a great, strong latte, better than any Starbucks machine. The french toast wasn't too bad. There was also your typical fruit selection. The highlight of this lounge is the amount and variety of seating options here. Lots of comfy sofas, tables, and even a theater. read more

So glad they are open again in CLE. They just reopened a few days earlier and so our expectations were low. No need to worry. Aside from the bar seating being removed, everything is back to normal. Masks are currently required but hopefully that will change come September. There was a decent assortment of snacks. Most items are pre-packaged. But they were pretty tasty. We were fortunate enough to get into the family room at the club. Such a welcome chance to have some private space to sit and relax. My daughter really loved having a kid-sized table to sit and draw/color/eat. Food selection was pretty decent for breakfast - OJ/coffee, hot chocolate bar, waffles, yogurt, fruit, some pastries, and some warm items including Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Very nice club, as United Clubs go. Lots of space, many seating areas, much quieter than sitting out in the terminal. Some free booze available but also free sodas and juices. If you don't like the free options, paid premium beers and wines and spirits are also on offer. Free wifi seems faster than that out in the terminal. As is normal for United Clubs, there are some snacks available. Wrapped packets of cheese, crackers, ranch dressing, salsa, carrots, dispensers loaded with yogurt raisins and some salty things, plus packets of Milano cookies. This location used to be a Continental Presidents Club - it has been converted/renamed to a "United Club," as part of the United-Continental merger. This is one of the nicer United Clubs I've been to. It looks like it's been recently renovated. It's fairly large, lots of seating and nooks to spread out in. It was nice being in a clean, modern Airport Club. Lots of electrical outlets, snacks, and comfortable seating. One thing that needs to be improved is the Men's Restroom. It's in rough shape and needs a major overhaul. NOTE: I've submitted a correction/update to Yelp to update the name and address of this listing - their first reaction was to ignore the submitted update and lock the fields in question. They've added a log in page to their wifi. Yeah, they suck and they waste your time. The addition of so-called premium spirits, adds to the frustration of trying to get a drink at their bar. The bartenders don't exactly move with a sense of urgency, and half their time is dealing with bar tabs and the cash register. Take a nod from Delta and offer the non-alcoholic items as self serve. Cleveland's United Club has joined the newly merged airline in their race to the bottom. It's symbolic of the failure of integrating operationally broken United with the once great products at Continental, all by a Continental management team more in tune to spreadsheets than real world results. Great United Club. Has a large bar area, a media area (with a 'theater style' seating set up), desk area, and quiet area. They also have a few conference rooms (which I didn't use). The bar area is probably the most impressive one I have been in to date. Seats about 12 at the bar and has 6 bar height tables is the area. The booze selection is also quite good (you can tell I'm a drinker - blame my Irish/German heritage). First United Club where I have seen a plethora of cordials and a lot of the top shelf liquors. Only downside - the food only consists of bar snacks (snack mix, pretzels, cookies, cheese, carrots). Would like to see more variety, but this seems to be the norm in the U.S. (European airline clubs are a bit more food heavy). read more

HUGE United Club for the amount of people. It was built when CLE was a United Hub. A lot of space and quiet areas to work. Bar is decent but no drink machine so anytime you want a Coke, Pepsi, Soda, Pop, Fizzy Drink.....you need to go to the bar. Food is a little limited as they don't have much of a kitchen. I had a one time pass and lots of time to burn at the airport so I decided to use it. There is plenty of seating and tons of work space. The snacks were ok. I like to travel... a lot.... and usually I'm running off to the airport right after work in time to sit at the gate for about 20 minutes before my flight boards. But, on days where I know I can get to the airport with enough time to make a trip to the United Club worth it, I definitely am sure I'm at the airport early enough to relax in the Club for a bit. This particular club is always clean, quiet, and the service is always wonderful. The bartenders are wonderful, make the (free) drinks strong and are always fun to talk to. Like any club, they have various snacks available for you to enjoy, and the wonderful staff always ensures there's plenty out. They are always coming around to clear up any unwanted dishes/glasses that are left on tables - the place is kept up really well. The friendly lady at the front desk can give you updated info on your flight if you're delayed and what not. It's located at the end of the C-terminal, kind of by gates C-19 through C-22 (close to the McCalisters). I wouldn't necessarily agree with the other reviews that say it's hard to find as there are signs that lead right up to it, but it IS at the end of C- so it's a walk if that's not close to your gate, but this is hardly a massive airport, so it's not too bad, IMO. read more

Hard to find compared to the other lounges I hit on a mileage run with my sig other, so I wasn't expecting much given lack of signage and the dated terminal. To my surprise this lounge was huge, well-stocked and clean with nice views of the (rain soaked) tarmac. You actually check in outside the sliding doors (first time I've seen that), and there was another desk in the lobby. Maybe this lounge needed a retrofit due to rif raff issues? Hmmm. The staff was friendly and always quick to keep our area clean of wrappers and finished drinks. Plus they let me sneak in my contraband Dunkin Donuts. Mmmmmm. read more

United continues to eliminate services. They no longer have complimentary newspapers or even any magazine racks. It has become a club for a clean restroom and phone charger but that's about it. The people are nice and apologetic but I can't imagine why they continue to degrade their clubs to the point where the value added comes into question? read more

There's ample seating and outlets a plenty, and there's not much more I need when I'm waiting for a flight.
