On 6/7/26, about 8pm, I had a terrible experience. Very unfriendly cleaning staff who buses tables and takes out the trash, etc. The woman in the uniform yelled at myself and another patron just for helping her bus the tables with stuff from previous patrons bc there was no space for our drinks and snacks. We put it on top of a trash bin where there was space and right when we put it down she yelled so loud at us from across the room and walked over to us to yell at us more stating "you are not supposed to put that there!" Not only was this shocking but it was rude and disrespectful for a staff person who is supposed to be cordial to patrons. I am more than respectful and cordial to any staff whether they are cleaning the carpets or the dishes or bartending. But this woman's behavior was uncalled for and she should have said thank you for helping me, sorry that you had to do it yourself and also not assume I was putting it there and doing something wrong even though it was being respectful to bus someone else's items. The tables are so small so if there is a cut and a plate left you have no space for much else unless you are on a large long table or at the bar. I was shocked and hurt by this experience and it will never ever leave my memory and heart. Someone please not only talk to her but get her out of this lounge bc someone like her should not be around any customer service. Small, but very accommodating club. Check on was a breeze. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and drink. The bar was open and serving in the early AM, which is a plus. It's a little bit of tight quarters. Everyone found a seat just fine, but you may end up in a bar-height chair along the window versus a comfy chair along the wall. If you plan to sleep, definitely bring ear pro and cross your fingers there's an open seat. We'll return when passing through CLE. read more

I'm from Cleveland so I travel back and forth often for family events and other reasons. I was initially so excited when this lounge opened and I've been meaning to write a review for a while, but I've never really had time. The food is generally under whelming but on travel days, it's convenient, because CLE went without an airport lounge for many years. I visited the CLE airport lounge on the evening of June 1st. I have been coming to this lounge since it opened. My experience today was the worst I've experienced thus far. First, I signed up for the wait list via the QR code. I don't mind waiting and today the wait was estimated to be 30-35 minutes. So I occupied said time in the bookstore and outside the club area. I came back to the lounge at 35 minutes because I still had not received a message. The front desk worker told me that there were four people ahead of me. I said ok and walked away. I received a message less than two minutes later stating I had a spot. So, I went back to the lounge to check in after receiving a message that I had a spot, and another Club member was disenfranchised about having to scan the QR code and type in her information. I told her that I had to wait about 40 minutes but she would get a more accurate wait time once she completed the check in. The woman proceeded to ignore the wait list QR code - walked up to the desk - and did not have to wait like myself and the families with children. She flagged down the female bartender and was allowed immediate entry. As an Amex platinum member, I've enjoyed airport lounges all around the world. I'm fine with following the rules - as long as every one else follows them as well. The biases and privileges displayed today reminded me - yet again - that I'm still a black woman in America. I did not stay in the lounge as long as I normally would because I felt uncomfortable. I wish CLE had more lounges - either Delta, Amex or Priority Pass - to allow for lounge diversity and for other members to have continued access. Since CLE only has one lounge, the CLE has a different hold on travelers than other airports. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with my experience today and I hope that next time is better. read more

We arrived about one hour before the lounge closed. The employees are nice and made sure to make several last calls to ensure everyone got the drinks they needed. Last call for drinks is 30 minutes before closing and last call for food is 5 minutes before closing. They were serving beef meatballs, salad, fried rice, and broccoli and cheese soup. None of the food was delicious, but it's free and good for that. This is also an excellent spot to get some work done. The back section stays relatively quiet as long as there aren't many kids. The work bar has ample plug ins and a great view of airplanes leaving and coming in. read more

There is the United Club and The Club CLE at Hopkins, which means this is it for non-United flyers. Space is limited and tight. Those factors added up to about a 15-minute wait while I was there using an online check-in QR code. I checked the box to make a reservation, but it appeared to have a $9 charge to do so. Food is not expansive, but decent enough for a small club... Pasta, veggies, snacks, and a peach cobbler that I liked enough to go back for a third helping! I'll start with a positive, the bartenders are always nice. This is of course if you can even get in in the first place. There is always a wait, and the waitlist QR code sign is an extremely annoying practice. You never know if it's real so you end up going in to ask anyway. The staff does not do a good job of monitoring availability to keep the waitlist moving either. Overall, it is almost always a negative experience trying to use a paid for service, which quite frankly should be unacceptable. I hope they do something in the future to correct this. read more

The club is entirely too small and the staff is incompetent and rude. We had a 1.5 hour layover, and it was a waitlist when we arrived. We were quoted an hour wait, but still never got the notification. ~15 people left the lounge while we waited outside but they did not let a single person in. Apparently, they hold people spot in queue indefinitely, even if it is obvious they would not be coming back. They need to start enforcing a time limit and get better staff to manage the waitlist. I'm thankful every chance I get to pop in this lounge. Don't move too fast or you'll miss it. It's tucked down a short hallway if you're heading toward the terminal containing southwest and delta. The staff was extremely accommodating as soon as I entered. I was greeted and asked to provide my boarding pass and priority pass card. Once you're checked in your free to locate some cozy seating and make your way to the bar or buffet. There's usually one person stationed at the front for checkin, another at the bar to make drinks and a third person cleaning up the area. In all my visits I've never seen it messy which I appreciate. Check the bar area for a drink of the month or featured beverage. The buffet usually has a few hot food options -- I've run to to items like oatmeal, scrambled eggs and fried rice to name a few things. You'll also filed boiled eggs, veggies, some bread varieties, juice and coffee. Fresh fruit is also available. Stop by the Lounge at CLE next time you're leaving Cleveland. If you have a credit card with perks like a platinum Amex you can access the lounge for free. Otherwise you can purchase a day pass for somewhere around $30-50 (I'm not sure exactly) .. but go! 10000% not worth the $50 I paid for it. I almost asked for a refund, but just didn't want to go through the trouble. I had a long wait until my flight, so I wanted a comfortable spot to sit. The chairs were okay, but there are only a few of the comfier lounge chairs and they filled up quickly after I got there. The lounge is small, dingy, and dirty aside from the bar which is the only part you can see when purchasing the day pass. I didn't try the food, but it looked okay. One pro is that it does have a private bathroom. Next time, I'll just sit at my gate for free. read more

If you have Priority Pass, you should be able to access this lounge without any cost or issues. Located near B terminal, this would be the best alternative to a Sky Club which Cleveland doesn't have. The food selection as good and satisfying. They serve small plates of hummus with either pita bread or vegetables. For hot food, they had a chicken with rice and vegetables along with soup. Also hot blueberry cobbler as well as cubed cheeses. There was a single rest room inside. The bar area served all alcoholic beverages and a small selection of draft beer. The lounge is not very large. They provide free wireless for internet connections. There are also a couple of TV screens to use with Tunity. read more

The lovely woman who greeted me with sweet song serenade deserves the world. She made me feel so welcome today- I was using the priority pass and was a bit nervous- first time- she got me right in and even pulled a chair up for me. It was lovely. They have food, drinks, views, comfy chairs, charger ports- great set up. Great time to chill. A couple of misses: 1. Bathroom was untidy and not a step up from the regular airport bathrooms 2. A little messy near the food area initially but then they got it tip top! 3. Espresso machine was off duty. 4. When I sat down at the bar- the bar tender did not acknowledge me, I know they were busy so I patiently Waited- I was in no rush. They confide to make a few more drinks- I finally made contact and smiled. Nothing from them- then a very entitled began barking drink orders and the bar tender happily obliged- hmmm, I waited- then I I finally spoke up and asked for a water and coke, not very friendly towards me. Such a clean lounge with friendly staff and good food! Donovan was so helpful and attentive throughout my layover experience at the club CLE. He made sure my friend and I had drinks when needed and even went out of his way to get my friend a cookie because she liked the cookies that were on top of a dessert. The Cleveland airport is not too big but I appreciate The Club lounge, here at the airport which makes waiting for my flight a little more fun and special! This was extremely importantly especially for my flight during the Christmas holidays. I didn't find out until getting to the airport that my flight was delayed for 3 hours. I spent an extended period of time at this lounge and appreciate all the workers here who provided the hospitality. The lounge is not too big, but there is a lot of people coming and leaving so you won't have an issue finding seats. There are also plenty of charging outlets spaced throughout the lounge. This was extremely helpful when I was trying to get some work done before my vacation while waiting for my flight! I love the coffee machine here where you can make various drinks including lattes, macchiato, and espressos. They also have a tea selection for tea drinkers! If you are hungry, they have some food to nibble on! I like the celery and carrots and the broccoli and cheddar soup! This lounge is on the smaller side, but the staff is so welcoming and friendly. We were greeted and although it was pretty busy, we found three seats together fairly easily. The bartender was really sweet and made our drinks and got my son a juice. The food selections weren't huge, butt he salads were nice and the area was very clean and well-maintained. Sometimes flying into comparatively smaller airports has its upsides. Take CLE, for example. We flew into C, and this lounge is in B. At EWR, B and C may as well be 50 miles away from one another -- you'll need an extra few hours to make that lounge visit work. Here...6 minute walk. Tops. The lounge is fairly small but wasn't crowded at all for us. It's got a great airside view so we had plenty of light and things to look at. Drinks: Pretty fully bar, complete with local beer on tap and several specialty cocktails. I was very excited to find that Great Lakes Brewery's Christmas Ale, my favorite holiday beer, was on tap, and despite it only being 11:20am I found myself ordering several without hesitation. Food: Eh, fine. The standard cheese cubes / hummus / celery was there, along with tomato soup, some chicken stir fry thing, and blueberry cobbler. Plus the usual snacks / candy. The bar offers decent views of planes parked at the gate and has multiple TVs to enjoy the game(s) or news. The club is small if you compare it to a Delta Skyclub as an example, but for Cleveland I believe it's just the right size. They offer several seating arrangements, like bar seating, lounge chairs, or desk setting if you need to work on your laptop. The offer hot food, as well as open bar. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming from the check in to the bartenders and hosts. Entry is included for Priority Pass members with a valid boarding pass for day of travel. read more

I fly out of CLE at least once a month. I make it a point to stop here as a relaxing alternative to sitting at the gate. The lounge isn't large and there are occasionally wait lists to get in, especially during peak travel times. The bar is decent. Good variety of beers and wines. A handful of liquors. Decent. The food choices are not very diverse. Over the last few months, the menu has been exactly the same every time I come in --- meatballs, rice, broccoli cheddar soup, and blueberry cobbler. I only was able to last for a month working there. The kitchen area is where they torcher employees by loading them up work that really is not theirs . It is so unbearable that many employees have walked out of there . To me they started by opening closets in the kitchen that smelled so rotten and leave me there doing all the work . They will start filling mop buckets and leave the water running so a mess can happen. They did not cleaned any coolers so there is so much bacteria there . I had to clean the screen for the dishwasher Wich it made me very I'll due to the smell. I had to be absent one day and go to the hospital Wich it counted against me . The supervisor or manager knows nothing about food safety. One of them served rotten broccoli and carrots to the guest . She got promoted to management . All the people that work there get high on drugs so by at least five o'clock they all are totally blank . I asked for help with the dishes and I got threaten to be hit in the face . They said I had many absence on my paperwork. I was never absent unless that one time that I was in the hospital. They were the ones always absent or late . It also said I had issues with other employees. Yes, I had issues for all the illegal stuff they do there . They smoke right in that kitchen all the time , viping illegal drugs . They should close that down . Anyone with the right knowledge on how to run a restaurant will be fired . They are very abusive, slanders , threaten people, drug addicts . The milk for them coffee container is so rotten they do not care for it properly. I feel bad for anyone that goes there. Most likely You will be sick or abuse in any type of way .
