The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The frozen yogurt and topping are good. However, I think this is overpriced. My kids and I all got small cups, not medium or large...small. I told everybody that the yogurt and toppings should not go above the cup rim. Everyone complied. The three small cups still came out to just over $25. Flavors at Sweet Frogs are spot on. The chocolate had a strong chocolate flavor. Raspberry pomegranate had a bit of tartness to it. Peanut butter was more sweet than earthy. Getting the three in one cup was enjoyable. Each bite had a different variation of flavor, yet they all worked together in harmony. Some bites reminded me of a more mature peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Other bites reminded me of a peanut butter cup. Some bites had the richness of chocolate-covered raspberry/pomegranate. All together, the three were decently delicious. Well as decent as yogurt may be. Many of the flavors are seasonal. Service was proficient. Seeing as everything is self serve, not much is required. The store and pumps appeared clean. Yogurt is on the pricey side. I was expecting for my order to cost a little more than half of what it did. Not sure if the pain in my head was brain freeze or sticker shock. I liked that during my visit the store was nice and quiet. read more

We stopped in yesterday for some fro yo and a young girl was working alone (her name is Maddie). When I say she had the place spotless, I mean if one stray chocolate chip was not in its container she immediately put it back. She was so on top of her game for it being crowded and working alone. They have my favorite flavor this month. Coconut!! Yummy mix in strawberry, and dark chocolate to make it just perfect.

We love this place and they always have great flavors fresh toppings. Always clean and the staff is always cleaning up if there's a mess. The only issue I had was one day we went and there were two younger female employees who were taste testing all the flavors and it just seemed tacky to me to do that while customers were there. One of them took a large sample into the bathroom with her and it was just very odd. read more

The dog treats at the front smelled terrible and took away our appetite for frozen yogurt. Having dog treats that make you sick to your stomach right at the front of the store, not a great move. (Update: it's to support a program for adults with disabilities) Seems like a bad idea for this store though. Won't be going back for that reason - It really affected our taste when we tried to sample different flavors. Great idea, great reason, poor implementation in my personal opinion. This is a franchise chain of frozen yogurt like many others that are around now. There seems to be a burst in these types places in many cities like there was some breakthrough in frozen yogurt technology in recent years. Actually, it seems it is more about choice and the pricing structure where they have essentially trick the customer into paying too much for the product. Anyway like the other places, the yogurt is good and has some interesting flavors along with all the expected toppings to pile on. This in itself gets an average rating. The issue I have with this company is that it is explicitly "Christian" in its values (F.R.O.G. stands for Fully Rely on God). What the hell does this have to do with frozen yogurt? By the website's own explanation this is supposed to make them an example in communities. First there is the fallacy that "bringing happiness and positive attitudes" is somehow a Christian construct, which it is not. Sure some interpretations of Christian dogma overlap with this, but what makes one Christian is not actions, it is belief. With this, the notion that this company is founded on Christan values is spurious. Further, central to the emergence of the teachings of Christ (which instead implies that actions, not just belief matters) was the rejection of money lending, which means making money off of capital investment. Sure this has been forgotten by most, but in no way could this corporate structure be "Christian" in its foundation. The last item on this issue is the use of Sweet Frog as the franchise name. If this is truly a Christian company, be explicit; don't hide it in a cute acronym. Or just don't tell us. I for one am irked when business owners explicitly display cultural or political beliefs that have no bearing on delivering the service or good to the customer. You can have any beliefs you want, just provide me good frozen yogurt and leave Jesus out of the transaction. Live you personal life any which way you want and even use your beliefs to inform your business decisions, but why bring it unnecessarily into other interactions. This is especially important when the overarching goal is to make money and therefore NOT marginalized any customers. I too have my actions informed by my own beliefs and will therefore no longer patronize this company. I may not have gone down this road if the company had a better rationale for what makes them Christian, like maybe following the teachings and giving all their profits to the poor. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no inkling of this on their site, so it appears to be a cheap marketing ploy. How Christlike. read more
