This company was assigned to me by Olb Republic Home Warranty, who refused to set my service request as urgent because only parts of my home didn't have power. When I spoke with Oswaldo on Thursday, I explained the issue but his only availability was until the following Tuesday, so I asked him if he could come sooner, I could tell he was stretch thin, but he agreed to come to my home on Saturday. When he arrived he was able to diagnose the issue very quickly, he switched the braker and the power came back on in record time, it took him much longer to get to my house because I live very far. There's still one more issue pending, only because my home warranty has to approve additional repairs, but Oswaldo is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Requested Ethernet line install to be ran under my house through Yelp services. I had provided detail instructions on how I would like the install and approximate distance from living room router to bedroom. Oswaldo of United Lighting and Electric was the first of 3 businesses to reach out. He provided a quote for services (I felt was fair) and we agreed on a date. Oswaldo showed up with his father (I later learned). As a father/son team it was nice to see good communication and teamwork. After crawling and checking under the house, Oswaldo suggested the Ethernet line be ran through the walls and up through the attic as there were far too many plumbing obstacles to navigate. I appreciate his insight and suggestion. They proceeded with the work. From start to finish they took about 1-1/2 hours. I decided to go with someone familiar with wiring as opposed to hiring a handyman. Overall I'm pleased with the service and work. My son is happy so I'm happy. read more

Note: I did not ask for a refund after two days, it was just the next day, and the contractor should have the courtesy to refund me $10, instead of calling me from a blocked number and cursing me out with MF words.. He came on time, finished the work, but left a whole in the wall, now I have to hire a handyman to do the drywall work, he never told me that he will be making a hole in the drywall and I will have to get it fixed, and spend more money on that. He will on purpose break your wall, and then wikl give you his contractor contact, so that both, his friend and him can make the money and rip off the customer. He didn't send me the correct list of the things to buy, when I texted him back sending him the picture of the item if it is correct or not, he did not reply to me for an hour, and by that I already came back to my home. He charged me $10 extra to bring that part apart from $100 labor charge, he never showed me the part, nor he gave me the receipt, nor he installed that part either, but he charged me full $110, when I asked him over the text to refund me $100, he refused. Now, I will have to spend $300 in getting the wall fixed. I don't think he got that part, and I don't think he installed that part either. Note : he just called me from a blocked number and cursed me with "MF" words, and said he will burn down my house.. He is a ripoff, we all need to complain about him to CSLB and get his license suspended. read more

Video doorbell installed successfully except for some reasons he couldn't get the existing doorbell to chime, not a big issue as the video doorbell also came with a Bluetooth chime.
