I was there for a job interview and Julianne and her staff were very rude when I was speaking of my old DON and how she passed away so the one nurse that was talking to me. She had the same name and the other nurse kept saying don't walk over the threshold or you're gonna die and they start laughing. I don't think that's funny. I think their staff is very unprofessional. They didn't have everything all together either as I was there! Very unprofessional! They also don't have enough staff.

It's a huge building with lots of senior services including an adult daycare, Home Health Aides, very reasonably cost senior transportation, and a host of other programs that they offer to low income senior citizens in Camden and Burlington county. I'm very fortunate my mother lives in their catchment area as she needs the medical transportation. We've just begun this relationship with this organization and I've been impressed with how they manage to provide services even though they are operating on such a low-budget. I was happy to make a donation to them as I could see it goes directly into helping seniors like my mother. The staff there is so pleasant to work with and are dedicated and do such a good job. I will say however that because of the low budget and staffing and the reduced number of hours with the medical transport you have to make the calls in on time in the morning to schedule and it's required two weeks in advance for scheduling medical appointments and you have to call the day before to confirm every appointment. With more money I'm sure they can become more and more automated in this process or at least have more vans and more staff available. My mother said that so far the drivers were very nice and they were on time and that they drive good too. And that is high praise from my mother.

She has unexplained bruises that no one ever knows how she got and she always gulps down little drinks we bring her because they basically never bother to give them water besides at mealtime. They were all wonderful and caring and accommodating people. But with my uncle, Angelic Health was the absolute worst care anyone who is dying will want to encounter. And the disrespect for the family wishes were absolutely unbelievable. There is definitely Medicare fraud going on here. Their report and my uncle's medical records did not match the Medicare bills and they employ nurses who take over for God and tried to kill my uncle. They were nasty and condescending to the family. And the people at the top have no idea what they are doing or what is going on. Please stay clear of this hospice!! There are definitely better ones in the area.

She was nervous about everything. Our camera showed the nurse coming in unannounced so we thought something was wrong. The aide texted me often other times but wouldn't answer her phone. I was later told we are not allowed to speak directly to the aide!! We have to call the main office and conversations are relayed back and forth. Ridiculous!! We started the process with another agency but they gave us 4 hours notice that they aide wouldn't be back and we were being dropped. Very unprofessional, unskilled and not recommended.
