This Gas Station is Bullshit. It F*cked my car and someone is going to pay for this. I filled up my gas tank with 91 on July 3rd on my way to work and less than 2 mins. of driving my car had a check engine light and car started to shake terribly. I had to pull into a street named Cliffwood as the car died and had to call a tow truck, My M3 is currently in the shop since Tuesday July 9th getting a full diagnostics and found out the gas was mixed with either water or some type of alcohol content. Possibly Ethanol. I told my mechanic to save it for me for proof just in case a lawsuit is necessary. What are you guys doing to get this resolved that had this experience ? Long story short, we got it towed home because our mechanic was closed until 7/9. Mechanic said we bad, contaminated gas. Parts will take WEEKS and we are looking at costly repair. Oh my god. ! Same thing here. 7/3/24 fill up with 87 on my 10yrs old toyota prius. On same day. Check engine comes up and car rumbles. I took it to dealer this monday and they told me mainfold has to be replaced and said repair cost is around 1300. And then few hrs later they told me there is more problem further than that so they need to inspect more. Next day, egr valve need to replace too. My wife and I stopped to get gas here today in SEPARATE cars. Both cars are one or two years ago. Never had a problem. Got 91 gas in both cars. Both cars shook violently and died within 10 minutes of leaving the gas station. What do you put in your gas? EDIT: While waiting for separate tow trucks, my wife calls the gas station and tells the employee what happened to our cars and that there is something wrong with their gas. She suggested that they should stop customers from using these pumps until they figure out what is happening. After our cars got towed and after picking up a rental car at Enterprise (3 hours later), we decided to drive by the gas station to see if they at least blocked off the two pumps from other customers using it. To our surprise, people were still using these pumps. So we pulled over and I told the employee that they need to at least stop more customers from getting gas. I reminded him that my wife had called him earlier. He acknowledged she did call but that he "didn't know which number pump." We're facing a very expensive resolution with two newish cars that are now at mechanics, who will look into any irregularities with the gas, and potentially major repairs to our cars and additional missed work due to all this. read more

BEWARE! Last July 3, 2024, I stopped at this gas station since I only got 30 miles left gas. In the middle of 57 my Audi suddenly not accelerating and it completely stopped. My car is new and everything is checked and working well except they found like a cup of water added to the premium gas. I spent almost $800 for the repair. read more

He wanted to scan the bottled water I wanted to buy and he said "hello I have to scan it" Just now, I went to gas and I wanted to buy water again.... AGAIN, same cashier he was rude saying they're "close". Rude and possibly racist gas station I've ever went to. Usually put gas and that's it. Wanted to buy some water and snacks so I walked up to the window. I guess they just had shift change or something. Old guy working there had note stating no transaction BUT, the stuff I wanted was in the shelf/ cooler outside before you get to the window. I stopped to look for about 2 seconds which also means I didn't have chance to look at the sign yet since I'm not at the window yet. This rude guy on the microphone didn't say "sorry no transaction at the moment" he only said to me on the speaker, "HEY". That's it. Who addresses customer by "Hey"? I looked at him and all he did was pointing his finger towards the sign. So I walked up to the window to read it so just to be clear, I asked no transaction for anything? He didn't respond. I then asked not even snack or water? He didn't say anything and just pointed at the sign again. I'm already pumping gas and as a customer, being addressed as "Hey" and no other words was just rude. Just pointing at the sign without any words towards an Asian man living in the area for 43 years just felt like he doesn't want to give any effort to treat me as a customer. I've never felt or was treated this way. Even if he was having a bad day doesn't give him reason to be rude to a customer and ruining someone's night. FOR CARWASH ONLY: Beautiful gas station, so if I were rating it on looks alone I would give it 4 stars. I don't use 76 gasoline, but I thought I would try this drive-through carwash. Carwash is not good.... or was not good the time I tried it. I will admit that I only tried it once, but once is all you need to know whether you want to go back and pay for a wash. I do not. It is a newer one, so I had high hopes, but I drove away with mainly just dust washed off and my car completely soaking wet (and yes I went through the drying cycle). I paid the full $9 for the Works. Drove in slowly, as instructed, but the squirty things (how's that for official terminology?) on the underside of the car were very weak, if I had any buildup, it would definitely not be knocked off by the drinking fountain pressure. I went up inside the wash until I received the red light to stop. Beautiful soap cascaded over my windshield and that is about the last good part of the wash. The spinny red washy things (again, official terminology) only went over my SUV once then I was hosed off and apparently dried. Kinda bummed, but always good to know where the good (easy) carwashes are. Hopefully I've helped you out a bit by letting you know that this one is one you can just drive on past unless you just want the dust knocked off and want to spend time drying it yourself. On the plus side: It's a nice-to-look-at station. read more

I only buy Chevron gas, but I used the automated car wash here. It was great. Choose 3 different washes varying from 8-12 dollars. Pay then drive in and park. Enjoy the show for about 5 mins and drive out. Can't wait to take my son to experience this. Car wasn't spotless but well worth the 12 bucks. Wish I learned about this sooner. read more

Almost like it didn't dry at all. I paid for the "primo" car wash. Cashier was basically rolling his eyes the entire time he mansplained that car washes don't dry the car. Other gas stations are deceptive in their pricing. You are lured in by the "cash" price and you find out you have to pay more when you use debit. Not at this one! This place is awesome because you get cash prices when using debit. I know of no other gas station that does this. It's also clean, they always have paper towels and it's in the same plaza as a Vons and credit union ATM. What more can you ask for? Just remember, HIT THE RED BUTTON FIRST! I would give this place negative stars if I could, but I don't have that option. The short story: The service was ridiculously inattentive and unhelpful. The long story: The woman working was unbelievably rude, not at all helpful or friendly. The car wash code that I had didn't work. So I brought it up to the front person (because after repeatedly pushing the "help" button or whatever it was right in front of the car wash, no one came out to help). And she might as well have said "So? What do you want?", because that's what her face said. She talked on the phone with someone for forever, then had me fill out some form with my NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER!, and I'm thinking, "hell no, I'm not giving my address to some business, when she didn't even give me a reason why they need it" So I handed it to her blank, and she goes "no address, no refund" She pointed to the phone number posted on the window, which I called, and how convenient, their operating hours is M-F, and today is SUNDAY. I don't like to yell, and I don't yell, especially at strangers, but at one point, I was pretty much yelling. Her name is PERLA. I will never go back to that gas station. Gas prices are about average for the area for name brand gas. Tried it out after my favorite Al-Ron Chevron on Tamarack converted to a Shell station. I prefer not to buy their 10% Ethanol gas. Seems clean and stocked. I don't use the attendant anywhere if possible, since I don't like waiting, nor leaving my car unattended even briefly. I could do without the blaring TV monitors advertising to me the instant I step out of my car. Turn down the volume at least. Geez -- can't we have just a few moments' peace while we pump our gas? 3 stars would be "A-OK" and that one annoyance means it is definitely not A-OK here. UPDATE: I was promptly and politely contacted by the business shortly after my review. They said they would turn the monitor volumes down, and they have. Thank you very much! I have revised my rating to 4 stars, accordingly. UPDATE 20170911: The blaring advertising monitor volume has been turned right back up to annoyingly loud again. I have lowered my rating once again, in response. Do we have to be blared at the entire time we are here?! Apparently someone thinks so. Fine. Then your rating becomes "Meh. I've experienced better." It certainly does not deserve "A-OK". If I have to be blared at the whole time, you are now definitely worse than average. Most gas stations do not do this to us. read more

I get gas here sometimes. The price isn't THAT great... but comparable to the other 76 stations in the area. You save a couple of cents if you buy a carwash.... but do you really save? The place is a bit run down ins parts. The tenant is in a small glass room loaded up with cigarets. The time I had to communicate with the person, they were pretty much confused. I only buy gas here if I think I won't make it to the 7 on imperial by Home Depot and Trader Joe's. They seem to have a better price.... and a mini mart that is well stocked. read more

This place sucks, the gas sucks, and the people who work here suck. Their pump malfunctioned in me and the attendant literally watched as gas spilled to the ground. All he screamed at me after was that "It's not his problem." Irregardless my entire family and I will not be pumping gas here again. Recommend going to the one on puente and lambert. We have pumped gas here so many times. As long as there is no problem, everything is perfect. 1. Never ever wash your car there! The machine is super old and didn't get my car cleaned. Pay $2 more to find a better carwash elsewhere will make your day 2. This place is always fine, just like another gas station, except for 1 time. I set the pump speed at low and went back to my driver seat and waited. The fuel flooded my tank and it still kept going!! I was there helping my daughter at the back seat and saw exactly what happened right there! I threw the pump onto the ground immediately but still the gasoline just kept going on coming out from the pump!! I freaked out and I forgot how I stopped it. I saw the $$$ kept on rolling while the gasoline leaking out. My tire was covered by gasoline While I had a toddler with me, i couldn't leave her inside the car by herself. I asked a customer to help me get the cashier over to take a look of what happened. The worker (looks like from Middle East, who has dark skin color) took his most sweetest time walking over. I was pissed and shocked the whole time, wanted to tell him this pump is not working properly. He sighed to hush me because he was still taking his sweet time heading over. After I explained to him, I blamed it on me said I must have locked it thats why it didnt stop. HUH????? Did he really expect me to stand there to hold on the pump for the whole time?? He continued, "it never happened before." He simply placed the pump back and went back to his office. You can tell me he doesn't get paid much so don't expect any royal services. This is for the car wash. After the wash finishes drying your car you are left with water all over. It pretty much means you have to hand dry your car otherwise you're left with water marks. I definitely will not be returning for a car wash from here. read more
