This Post Office serves my are 77433 on 65 years of my life and after living in 4 states I hadn't seen anything like this place. Our mail is deliver into any mail box and every given day you can see the residents in my area knocking on people's doors to give them their mail. Is a low down shame that when we are getting packages we most pay more to UPS or other agencies to get them otherwise they would be gone. Several residents file complaints and the person in charge gave us a phone number for when we get other people's mail and when we called he is out of the office. If I had the time and money I would it had taken them to court because this overpasses an abuse. So far I have 3 packages that I lost only one has been recover. They need to create a zero stars rating for this disgusting excuse of a post office. I call it the arm pit of USPS. The people there are ignorant and rude. They don't feel obligated to answer the phone or conduct themselves in any way remotely resembling a place of business. The mail carrier I dealt with who misdelivered my poor customer's express mail package barely understood English and also seemed to suffer from dyslexia as she reversed numbers IN TWO DIFFERENT PLACES on the tracking number when she read it back to me. You don't want a postal carrier with dyslexia who barely understands the language of the country they are delivering mail for. I have now spoken to several supervisors at this post office (at least they tell me they are supervisors...they sound like uneducated thugs to me the way they interrupt customers with rude comments). I have yet to have the postmaster Milton call me, and I will continue to file daily complaints with consumer affairs until he does. USPS, you have met your match. I can make your life as miserable as you have made mine. Avoid this post office like the plague. There are not words to express how bad things are there. Incompetent and dishonest carriers. Constantly have misdelivered/missing mail. One package was scanned as delivered to me on October 2, but a week later, I still didn't have it. After numerous calls to the post office and all kinds of excuses from my carrier, the company resent another package via UPS. THEN, on October 31, the first package appeared in my mailbox! It was a large package, one they had to put in the bigger box and give me a key, so it's not like it was small and they didn't notice it. My next door neighbor just brought me 3 pieces of my mail last week. The Post Master is no help - he gives lame excuses for their ineptness. read more

TERRIBLE .... I had to call 281-373-9125 make the U S passport on Monday 6-6- 2016 at 10:00Am . The lady answer the phone don't want to answer and tell me hold the phone 20 minute... then she say hello make sure I'm still waiting .. I say "yes" and she say " oh , hold done " and let me waiting again ....I'm working that why can't wait... I'm just call to make appointment but can't ... Then I try to call another post office for make the U S Passport ....Very Terrible.... read more

The staff was very helpful and friendly when we brought in a large mailing. They were patient. Linda and Javier, I think those are their names, were great. Their manager gave answers right away. The lines were long at the package pick-up window and at the counter. Not sure why people think no one is using USPS anymore! It would be helpful if the P.O. had wifi so if you needed to download a form, or email it to them right there, you could. Anyway, patience is needed everywhere these days and it seems like the attitude you walk in with helps you have a better experience whether you're at USPS or anywhere else. read more

Mailed a baby card with gift card in the envelope on November 2, 2013 at this location. When received on November 4, the envelope was opened and gift card stolen. Will NEVER use this location again or the USPS. read more

This is the best post office I've ever gone to. People here are so nice. Especially Ms. Lisa, she works in the front and always has a smile and wi help me with whatever I need. More post offices should be like this. And they need more employees like Lisa. read more

Worst mail delivery EVER!!!! They loose your package and act likes it your fault THEY left it at the wrong address.

I feel so disappointed in my local postal service (Cypress location). Every sence I moved out here I have been having problems with this postal service. I constantly have other peoples mail and other people have my mail. This is a Goverment job, it should be taken serious. I love to shop online, today will be the last day I order anything. I don't receive all of my packages. Sometimes I do and sometimes I dont. Even with the tracking number they still mess up or keep my items. When I track my item it will say that this location received it and delievered it to me. Somebody needs to keep their eyes out on their employees. Something isn't right. When they do, do their job right.. they give me my packages with big holes on them. It's like if they try or they do look to see what it is thats inside . I was really looking forward to a certain package, it was an outfit for my daughter, her thanksgiving outfit. Well somebody's little girl will be wearing it.
