The front desk Ma'am seems to be in a perpetual bad mood and they lied and said they left notices on my door to deliver medication. this post office and the carriers need to be investigated for theft - I had a package yesterday that was supposed to be delivered at noon marked as delivered and was never delivered. I'm friends/acquaintances with all the neighbors on the street and went to said house. It was supposedly delivered too and no one had it. It was then delivered at 7 PM- By some random guy that did not live in my neighborhood. The package was open and resealed neatly. This is not the first time I've even posted a review about this. I've called about it I've even tried to put out a police report- nothing is working this has been going on since 2020... THREE YEARS.... Rhonda wright the postmaster is impossible to get in touch with because she's running the post office in Kingwood as well supposedly. I don't understand how she's running two because this one is clearly failing. It definitely needs a new postmaster, and new employees. And most importantly there needs to be an investigation so someone can be held accountable for this so obvious inside theft. I don't even have the problems with Amazon, UPS, or any other Postal Service for that matter. I love going into this post office. It is an absolutely fantastic reminder of how incredibly inefficient our postal service can be.

Terrible & non existent customer service. The employees don't even lift their heads up or acknowledge your existence when you approach the counter. (Which is pretty dangerous and unsafe, if you ask me). Furthermore, I dropped off a postage paid package at the counter in their retail lobby. They never even touched it- for days apparently. Because it was not scanned or processed until a whole 5 days later!!! Smh. Needless to say, I will be avoiding this location at all costs from now on. Just horrible. read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR PASSPORT SERVICES!! I had an appointment, walked in 15 min early. There's no directions where to go so we walked to the door that says passport, knocked and nobody said anything but we heard papers rustling. The women at the counter saw us walk to the door and said nothing. A customer over heard one of them asking someone at the counter about their passport paperwork so he told us. I asked her was she the one completing them and she asked if I had an appointment with an attitude, which we did. Told us to wait outside in the hall by the passport sign and she'd call us. 4 people and 20 minutes later she still hadn't called us and made me go back outside when I walked back in. We left. This Post Office has the worst customer service possible. I've been given the run around since I moved, just to get a new mailbox key. The branch manager is obviously racist. Yes, it can go the other way. I've witnessed black women come in and only show their lease on their phone to get a key and I've had to bring a print out. No one told me I had to keep the receipt or I wouldn't be able to collect my key. I was told to take a picture of it though. I did and showed it to her. My drivers license has my old address but it's MY name. Now she's making up a rule that she can't give me a key to the mailbox because my ID doesn't have the new address. I just moved! She wouldn't even look at the receipt on my phone. She's hateful and nasty. It's nearly impossible for me to get here after work, but before 5. I've had it. I asked for the Post Master who will be there tomorrow supposedly. We'll see. I encourage others to file complaints. Do I have to bring my black son with me just to get my key released?! read more

Both of which are longer than I-10(the interstate). 1 line is for purchases, shipping, etc etc..The other line is for picking up packages... (You know when you get those yellow slips because the postal worker was too damn lazy to drop it at your front door, which is less that 100 ft. So instead, a damn infinity scarf (yes, that's what I had to go pick up) is taken back to the post office. No signature was required for that package)ANYWAY, yeah that! So what if you're picking up a package AND wanting to purchase stamps or ship off something..WAIT FOR IT... you have to stand in both long ASSSS lines.. POST OFFICE PEOPLE? ARE YO KIDDING ME!???!!! Your staff member made an elderly gentleman stand in one long ass line. Then another longer ass line because he had multiple(multiple meaning two)transactions. SHAME ON YOU!!! Then to add insult to injury.. People were coming in to apply for passports..The manager says, "we're not doing passport applications today. Yesterday was a holiday & we're understaff"..*insert blank stare right HERE* So you didn't know President's Day was coming up? It's every year. Matter of fact, you're OFF every year for President's Day. You should know the following day will be really busy. THEREFORE, schedule your staff accordingly. Had to go here to get a package that the Postal Service took there and when I walked in it wasn't very organized. There was no marked line to distinguish between picking up a package and dropping off mail/packages; however, we had to stand in different lines. So everyone was just piled up and standing around. There was a seemingly long term employee, maybe the manager of this location, he was guiding everyone and speaking to everyone as they entered the store which was cool. They were all polite and friendly. Another ding on this place I would have to say is the amount of time I had to wait for the woman to find my package after I gave her my pick up ticket. So just to be clear i state well it says my address is incomplete and it's the same address I use for everything so I want to make sure it's not going to be returned. I need it. This office needs to be investigated regarding workers stealing packages. I've dropped off a package for shipping priority mail. I was never scanned and did not make it to my buyer! I lost money. I had a misplaced/lost package that kept getting sent to the wrong address. In my subdivision there are parallel streets with same residential numbers but DIFFERENT street addresses. This was like the 5th time it has happened, and each time, luckily the neighbors have brought it over. Donna (daytime branch supervisor) was very kind, and supportive, and helped keeping me up to date with what was going on. Luckily, my neighbor FINALLY contacted my wife (she doesn't come out a lot, because she has younger kids to look after, and she speaks very to no English) and informed us that they have our package. Again, thank you Ms. Donna! (yes, the place gets busy, yes, it can be a bit under-staff, but they handle it as quickly and promptly as they can) read more

Worst post office I've ever dealt with. I moved two months ago and did a change of address. I haven't gotten a single piece of mail with a yellow forward sticker on it. I've been to the office 4x, left a note for my carrier (my old and new addresses are both serviced by the same PO), still no forwarded mail. They assured me that my forward was set up correctly, and if I wasn't getting mail it was because none was sent. Over several weeks, I sent myself 3 Priority Mail envelopes with tracking info. None of them were delivered to my new address. Yesterday I found an old iPhone6 with a shattered screen, charged it up and put in a sim card, put it in the lost mode with geo tracking and mailed it to my old address. It was delivered there, despite the valid forward order which should have had them forward to my new address. When I went to the Humble office today, they gave me a lecture that I should have mailed it to my new address. read more

Unacceptable. Girl working the front desk refused to assist an elderly woman attempting to send a registered mail package. The woman was sent to the back of the line once the employee discovered it was registered mail. After the woman made her way to the front of the line again, a more senior employee assisted the woman but was also disgruntled at having to do the extra paperwork for a registered and insured piece of mail. The previous unhelpful employee made quips about how she "didn't have time for dat" and with 15 people still in line decided to hang up Elvis Presley posters instead of working behind the desk. I try my best not to go to a U.S. Post office and today's experience is exactly why. They have postal pick ups, PO box questions, ETC in an incredibly long 10-15 people. With one person helping. There are three other postal employees only helping customers mailing out! I have been standing here over 40 minutes and to the grace of God one of the mail out only employees finally called me over to pick up a certified letter from my insurance company! I wanted to scream! Why why why! The attitude of not caring is beyond belief, I have been in the UPS and FEDEX offices and the difference is incredible! Why do we as a country continue to support with billions of dollars a postal service that cannot compete or even try to help the very people that support them? Very disappointed!! This is the second time that I have not received a package that was sent to me. The first time the carrier just lied and said he left it on the porch, but when I called him out on it due to my security camera showing him not coming to my house he changed and lied again. Just moved here and my post office box lock doesn't work. The key wont even go inside the keyhole, although it fits into the keyhole of all the other boxes. They said I have to buy a new one for $35 and wait 3 weeks. No other option. I don't understand why, as it's their property. Doesn't make any sense. I'm so happy with this Post Office, the employees constantly were offering help to everyone that walked in as well as a very friendly greeting!! The line was long but moved quickly, and they continued to thank everyone in line for their patience! I've never experienced this before. I live in Kingwood and will not go to our post office as their customer service is not good at all. Kingwood could use some lessons from the Humble Post Office!! read more

This week the mail man threw the entire mail for our three story building in the first office he saw when he walked in. This has been on going for years.
