Only one employee was working the counter; so there was a long line. 6 people were ahead of me and after about 15 minutes it was my turn. The gentlemen was helpful and polite and within 20 seconds I was done. All in all. It is a USPS location and they are kinda like the TDMV, always busy and always a line. Just get in it and wait your turn.

I spoke to the customer service named Erin. She was helpful and informative and is the perfect example of excellent customer service! Did you know if you lose your mailbox key, you need to pay $50 to get a new mailbox lock and not only your mailbox key. Your request will be delayed if you go to the post office not affiliated with your zip code. You need to show proper documentation to be approved.

The guy there, wish I could remember his name, was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. He even gave me advice and the paper work on how to renew my passport that will expire in a few months. We arrived early and he started on our paper work. By the time we left the parking lot was full. Highly recommend this location!

When I arrived, the clerk asked if I minded her helping the people behind me first. I did mind--but I stepped aside anyway. When it was finally my turn, I presented my documents. She dismissed my valid ID (out of state, we just moved, I had the usps forwarding official documents as one of the verification docs), despite my having four additional forms of identification. I asked the manager to come assist and speak with me directly. She refused. This was hands-down the worst service I've experienced: slow, dismissive, and unprofessional. Don't waste your time like I did mine.
