I came to ship an order for my small business, since this location allegedly has a self-serve kiosk. The outer doors were locked when I tried to enter around 6:50pm. So I guess they close the entire building at 5pm. And don't keep the PO box and self-service area available after lobby hours. read more

I recently had to ship a package and I found out this was the closest US PS next to me. The service was very fast and very efficient. The customer service was very kind and I was in and out within about 10 minutes. I will definitely come back here again. read more

Customer service is better here than other offices but the space is smaller. I come at least once a month to send out bills and packages and besides the long waits, the staff does their jobs well. read more

I was dreading a post office visit, but I walked in and to my surprise I didn't have to wait in line. They have a "do it yourself" machine to send your package! Note: there are size limitations for this. They do ask questions before you begin to make sure your package is eligible. After that, it's a very easy process! Yes, the postal service has gone downhill and yes, most postal workers aren't happy these days. It was great not to have to deal with lines and bad service! Wahoo! read more

We had an issue in my neighborhood where the post office accidentally replaced the wrong section of mailboxes. We didn't have any keys for it and I had a package that was delivered that I needed very badly. I called this post office station exactly at 5 (when they close) and a gentleman named Audrey actually answered and was extremely helpful and was able to get the package delivered 45 minutes later. Eeryday I get someone else's Mail. I live at 3154, I get Mail for 3514,3145, 2134 my God. The staff is great at the station. Please check the address before delivering Mail. I paid for a 2 day delivery and it took 5 days. On Monday I mail pies and a cake to Houston for Thanksgiving. She got them Friday. From Tuesday at 7am they arrived, they sit at the Houston station for 3 to 4 days. The pies were beat up and so was the cake. FRAGILE WAS ON THE BOX. So disappointed. I am so tired of delivering other people's mail!!! read more

Our cameras show our mail being dropped at 2:25 and then my tracking shows a package was delivered by usps at 3:32. Yet again, I paid for 2 day shipping and the post office didn't deliver my package but marked my package delivered. I guess I will continue to send these home security videos and tracking numbers showing delivered with the time stamps to the Office of Inspector General since complaining to the manager numerous times does nothing. read more

Seems like the US postal service will hire anyone. The people working when I came I would not hire to pick up trash. The gentlemen that helped me was eating, and talking to a co-worker the whole time he was processing my request. Yet, when he needed something for me he would just signal and or mumble. Laughable. Whomever is over these folks needs to be replaced, if they themselves don't replace these people. read more

The staff working at this location were very friendly and nice. They were also very patient trying to help a few people who didn't speak good english. I know providing customer service with a language barrier can become very frustrating but these ladies were wonderful. I want to take a plate of brownies back to them for being kind hearted especially during the holidays when the grinch in people normally comes out. read more

Go anywhere but here! Worst customer service there is and they are rude. Had a fire at my apartment complex and the mail room burnt down. It's in the process of being rebuilt but in the mean time us residents have to go to this Post office to pic up our mail. Today I went and the 1st gentlemen seemed a little annoyed with me once I told him why I was there. Told me to wait in the mail box area it would take a few minutes to get my mail. Well over 30 minuets later nothing. I went back to the counter and the 2nd gentlemen that I talked to didn't want to help me either. I explains that I've been waiting for over 30 minutes but he acted like he didn't care. Did offer to see if someone was looking for my mail or not. Needless to say, I ended up leaving and still don't have my mail. WOW is all I have to say. If I could give a 0 I would. read more

When I got there it was packed and they were closing, but nobody complained and everyone enjoyed their time there. It was like waiting in line for heaven, everyone's there and there's no rush. I was assisted by Shanita (I hope I spelled your name right!) who not only allowed me to fill out a non Post Office form at the counter, but also allowed me to go back to my car for some missing information (as well as the guy at the door who let me out and back in.) The kindness given to me was extraordinary, and I hope that someday we can all be so kind to each other as these people were to me. read more

Man, the postal service has gone downhill. They'd be so much better off letting another company handle it all. That said, if you're stuck using this location, I feel bad for you (b/c I feel bad for myself too). The lines are always crazy long and I've caught them close early many times when I've tried to get in to mail a package. They also say they try to make sure mail is in your PO Box by 10:30 am (well, try more like noon on a good day). I've also had them put notices in my PO Box before saying things like our rates are going up, but if you renew by xxx date, you can renew under the old rate (however, they nicely put the notice into my box after the xxx date; lol). I've had them lose packages many times and mailed things certified mail from this location that have just gotten "lost" a few times. But, it is what it is. We're stuck with it until they come up with something better. read more

Please avoid this post office at all cost!!! They take "Government worker" to a new low. Besides loosing packages that i did not pay extra for a tracking number or extra for insurance or grease someone's palm to deliver now they won't deliver my medicine because I have to sign for it!!! I am temporally home bound due to back surgery from about 2 weeks ago. I foolishly let them send me medicine via USPS with signature conformation. Now the damn medicine sits on a shelf in the royal lane office because they don't want to deliver it although I re scheduled again for today my postman said "I don't know, I was not told to redeliver" My 3rd call to the offending "business"resulted in speaking to someone who claimed to be a supervisor "Like they would answer the phone" claims she will send it today, well it is about noon. By the way I am a Veteran, the only one on my street. No one else seems to have problems even packages are delivered normally for others at my house. If answered I will follow up. Did I spend my time in the Army only to be treated poorly like this? I noticed even Seema P "last review" did not give them 5 stars, but that was 3 years ago. WOW!!! MY MEDICINE ARRIVED!!! I guess everyone needs a kick in the ass once in a while. Is it possible it was just stupidity "hire the handicapped"? In any case A wrong has been fixed. Better late than never.
