On this evening, I overheard one employee talking to a customer in a very snarky tone. Yes I realize that times have changed however you don't have to make someone feel little by saying things to make them feel stupid. Another lady asked a question and was told that she would need to Google the answer to that. I hope I've just come at a bad time (although it was NOT busy, there were three employees and like four/five customers) and that this isn't the norm to be expected.

I wouldn't typically take time out of my day to write a negative review but every time I come in the service team is incredibly rude, I almost feel like I and others have been bullied at times with negative comments from staff members, they remove the bells, and ignore customers for long periods of time and come out whenever they feel like it and by that time there is a long line built up. They also rate themselves on the kiosk before you have a chance to respond to the rating question.

I've been dealing with some company FOR YEARS, and did not have to be at home, though the last two notices I got like that, I WAS HOME ALL DAY! Even if there had been a misunderstanding, there is absolutely no reason to reprimand or embarrass a customer publicly. Customer service, especially in a government office, should be respectful and neutral. Being spoken to this way in front of a full store was unnecessary and demeaning. I expect basic courtesy when using USPS services, not public commentary or judgment from staff. This interaction alone makes me hesitant to return to this location.
