Nice guy. But this post office location is really bad. We miss mail constantly. The mailperson seems to come only sporadically. Then when the person comes, he/she puts mail in the wrong boxes. I feel sorry for the staff of USPS. I am unsure they test them for literacy. And whoever runs this operation does not seem to care about regular delivery, at all.

He honestly felt bad that the delivery was not on time. He OFFERED the refund. I didn't need to negotiate a refund.
