In addition, this is one of the few USPS' with a self-service kiosk that isn't broken, or otherwise out of service. That alone gives them a star. The couple of times I've been here, the employees were pleasant and helpful and not anything at all like I've encountered elsewhere. More stars for that. It's a little awkward to get here, though, as the entrance to the parking lot isn't a direct one, but rather requires a circuitous route around another building.

Instead of addressing it, they eventually left a note saying they "don't use that type of mail service." That makes no sense considering they deliver that exact type of mail to my address regularly. If there are limitations on what they will pick up, that should be clearly communicated -- not ignored for weeks. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. And to add. And when they do have no choice but to step out of their vehicle, they will leave the packages leaning against the part of the house that is closest to their precious car seat. Sometimes leaving it leaning against the wall next to the driveway or on the ground in front of the garage. But the front door? No way. Can we just abolish the post office and expand UPS or FedEx? He contacted them, started an investigation into why the package hadn't arrived by the predicted arrival date. This was an important delivery that I'd paid a premium amount to be assured it arrived on time . When UPS still wasn't able to follow through( most times they can deliver on time) and the delivery was delayed from Friday morning arrival to the following Monday, Seth informed me that he would fully refund my shipping cost. He honestly felt bad that the delivery was not on time. He OFFERED the refund. I didn't need to negotiate a refund. What a pleasure to work with an owner who shows stellar character supporting his customers. Not often seen in our world. He has all my future business..
