I am disabled and driving is very painful. I do not want to drive all the way back there only to be told I received all they have for my address. I'm aware that they may be understaffed, but I do my best job at my job even when we are also understaffed. Please do better.

We drove less than 5 miles away to another UPS store in Bloomingdale, IL, and had the item shipped for $300. This is outrageous and illegal. It was the worst form of fraud that I have ever experienced in over 30 years in DuPage County.
