USPS on 13th Street in Boise, Idaho.
    Michelle P.

This USPS is open 7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday (and 10am-2pm on Saturday) and that is super convenient. Just like at the DMV, you check a button and get a ticket with your number on it and then you'll hear "now serving number 143 and window number 3" (or whatever number and window you are). So, you don't have to wait in a line, you can hang back, or have a seat - they have a little bench with spots for about 3 people to sit - and just wait for your number to be called. If it's really busy, other staff will come out and see if there are people here just to pick up something, so that they don't have to wait as long with the people who are mailing or purchasing. The staff here is always polite and helpful, and they always have the most current stamps to choose from. They have let me flip through the binder to see what they have and if they are out at that stand, they'll ask the other stands if they have x stamp there that I am looking for. I usually come in with a ton of mail or packages that need to be weighed and stamped and I have never been rushed or felt like it bothered the USPS worker. They always take their time to give me my mailing options and make sure that I'm all taken care of. Send more real mail!

I told him to leave and he threatened to run me over with his motorcycle. Ran into him at Zamzow's today and he scared the poor cashier as he jumped ahead of me, a paying customer, in order to drop off promo junk. If a business knows this and elects to pay him for his services, they lost me as a customer. BEWARE

The Discovery Center of Idaho has worked with him for years, and we've found great value in his service, but we've had to make the difficult business decision not to work with him any further due to his recent unprofessionalism and harassment of our staff. We let him know that we wanted to distribute posters for one of our highly popular events, then we changed our mind and decided to test a different marketing strategy using digital social media ads because we could better track and analyze their impact than a physical poster. We told him that his services were not needed for this event, but we will keep him in mind for future use. About a month later, Bo sent our Marketing Manager an incredibly negative and hateful message bashing our existing promotions with words like "Your poster game is looking extra weak! Whoever you have doing it is struggling! I guess that's what you guys get for stabbing me in the back, huh?!". He also said our Marketing Manager was a "flip-flopping fool" and said "I like DCI, but I don't like YOU! I've never had any problems with the people before you got your job." These hateful and negative messages are not appropriate, professional, or warranted, and we don't want other businesses to endure the same experience. If you are a business in or near the Boise area, we DO NOT recommend working with Idaho Poster Distribution.
