Rob, the assistant manager was so kind and helpful! He was very attentive, friendly, and provided an experience that absolutely stuck with me. I appreciated that I didn't have to buy a whole roll of packaging tape because I forgot to do it prior. Long waits and some of the staff are sassy, probably because they're understaffed. It's gotten to the point that I don't want to shop at online stores that use FedEx for returns instead of UPS. The UPS Store and the FedEx Store experience are polar opposites. At FedEx, I usually spend 10-15 minutes to drop off a box that has a QR code. This should be a 15 second drop off that could be done at the self-help kiosk. But it doesn't work half the time. It seems there is always someone mailing multiple international boxes. Once a woman was mailing trash bags full of clothes (?) The process takes forever. With one person staffing shipments and one staffing print projects, it's never a convenient or positive experience. Customer service is not a priority at this store. If you have another option for a FedEx drop off, use it. read more

Total BS. I came in on a Sunday and the place was dead. I had three photos to print from my phone and they said they can do it behind the counter, but I needed to do it from the self service kiosk. I emailed the photos to the print and go address and never received the email. Instead of printing behind the counter, they told me I had to wait. I'll never print here again read more

I have used FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on several occasions for printing needs. For the most part, I use the self-service printing/copy machines. But, I have also have had them do small, full service printing jobs as well. The self service copy machines are pretty user friendly as long as you're fairly detailed oriented about checking all the printing details (I once accidentally printed on the wrong size paper and, of course, had to frantically try to cancel the job before it printed the 25 that I'd requested! But, definitely my fault!). Their prices are aren't terribly reasonable. The service is typically adequate. Their hours are pretty convenient (open until midnight most nights). I tend to use them when I need something done quickly and immediately as they're overall fine. But, if you're not on a deadline--I'd probably take the time to go elsewhere. read more

Poor Customer Service. Called to get a quote for a print job I needed asap and they said they could reply right away if I sent an email. I called them back to follow up after 30 minutes of silence and a guy told me they don't have time to get to their emails and he was not sure when they could get to them as they were backed up. The guy could care less about helping me. Everytime I deal with this location, I receive the worst service. Parking is terrible and you are lucky to get a spot. Lines inside store are always long. Always a disappointment. Called the UPS store and they helped me a get away. read more

The customer service I received by one particular young lady with black hair was very rude today. I simply came in with a big envelope and a question on how to get it to my daughters camp. I have a slip from Horsethief camp that said we could ship it through FedEx or USPS and I simply want to know the correct way I could ship it going through fed ex. She looked at my envelope and said we don't do that kind of mail here. Very short with me and didn't even let me explain. I just had some questions on how to ship it then I said and all she said was we don't do that here, again. You could tell she wasn't busy but she couldn't even give me the time of day to tell me the correct way I could ship it through FedEx. read more

Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought a package in today that I was returning in the original box (still in great condition) and as I walked in I was greeted by a woman who immediately started saying " No, no, no, no, you can't use that box!" as she snatched the package from my hands. I was so put off I snatched my package back and drove across town to the airport FedEx who kindly took my prepaid package without batting an eye. I worked with Max today, printing some documents that I had to write on and then scan and email [they were time-sensitive, and I didn't have the correct printer cables at home]. I was disconcerted because I had just gotten pulled over for a traffic violation. He was a complete sweetheart. Very helpful, not a bit condescending about my being a little unraveled. Went to FedX and signed up for shipping, found out later in the day that the address was a PO Box and since the package had to be signed for I went back to pick up the package. The total charge was 55.66. they had already wrapped it so I paid for the box and wrapping. The FedX agent then reversed the charges on the shipping. I checked my credit card account today and found that I had been charged again. I went to the FedX office and the person in charge said that she could not do anything. I called the 800 number and after 10 minutes of recordings I finally got a real person, of course that person said she could not help me, so she transferred me to another agent, another 10 minutes on hold. This agent said that I should check in two weeks to see if the charge comes off my credit card. I am not happy, when i went in originally, I did not tell them I would pay in two weeks, so I don't think I should wait two weeks to see if the charge comes off, and if it doesn't, do I get to do this again. Very unsatisfactory customer service, I will never do business with them again, and If I were you I would think long and hard about shipping with them. Clint Harris read more

We wanted to scan in an document so that it could be emailed...the only option was to pay by the minute on a computer and scan one page at a time on a scanner from 1995. We wanted to fax a document...they charge you $$$ per page! It seems like, in a place with hundreds of huge copiers/scanners/fax machines, a customer should be able to make a scan happen, but they won't do it!!! So frustrating. This is 2013 FedEx Office, shouldn't you be leading the office technology parade? read more

I have tried and tried to work with them on 4 different occasions now, each time being an absolute disaster with truly horrible service. I don't know if it is just this location or Fed Ex in general. Either way I will be using UPS or USPS from now on. A few of the things experienced included... -lost package within store -rerouted without request -not allowing me to use a specific box when the person right before me did the exact same thing as me and it was totally fine -upcharging -etc. I hope that this saves at least one person the pain and frustration of trying to work with this people! read more

I just wanted to print off a 5x7 picture from my phone. That's it. Gal that was helping me was very nice (only reason I gave 2 stars) but had no clue how to perform the requested task which seemed odd seeing as it was so basic. First picture came out fine but was full size 8x11. So she went back to try again and after what seemed like a long while (5-10 min) came back with a photo that looked off to me. I asked her to measure it and it was 4x6. At this point I had been there 15-20 min and was getting frustrated. She went to go ask someone else to help when apparently the system "booted her out" which delayed us yet again. After she got back "into the system", she unsuccessfully printed off 2 more photos neither of which were 5x7. I was clearly frustrated and had better things to do than sit there and wait for them to get it right so I left, no photo in hand. That was my Tuesday afternoon at FedEx. - As I was leaving I saw that an Office Depot had just opened up nearby. Low and behold they were able to print my photo in less than 10 minutes. read more
