UPS Store seems to always be a place for me in time of dire need - and they always come through! This time it was critical to get an important document faxed off. It worked like a charm! There have been times I've picked up vital mail pieces here or needed supplies. Again, they always came through. Oh! There is also notary availability too. But I would contact the store to find out when that is available. This is an excellent UPS Store. Don't be afraid to visit. I would say that prices here run normal to the cost and value of other shops of its kind like Office Depot/Max, Staples, and FedEx. I haven't found anything I've done that I wish would have been lower cost but certainly others have their own take on this. I was in the area and needed to mail a friends birthday gift. I walked in and was next in line. Woo hoo! It was lunchtime. Service was fast and friendly! But when I go to the worker next to him and try the same thing, there's never an issue and everything works just fine. Anthony also tells me every time I go up to him that I can just use the self service kiosk, making it clear he does not want to have to deal with me. He grabs packages out of my hand aggressively, and when I hold up my phone for him to scan my QR codes, he physically grabbed my hand roughly and yanked it towards him. I found this incredibly unprofessional and went off on him and walked out. The next time I came in, I went to the self service kiosk instead of going to the counter, as he suggested I do multiple times, and he actually walked out from behind to counter out to the lobby, came up to me and said "hey Katie!" So I guess he was bothered by our interaction to the point of going through the trouble to find out my name, and is trying to intimidate me or something. Just overall weird and unprofessional. I don't know if he's racist, sexist, or just hates everybody in general, but another customer did mention that his 18 year-old daughter came in there and Anthony was yelling spitting in her face and she felt threatened that he would get physically violent with her and left in tears. So I'm not the only woman he's been hostile to. I'm sure that incident was probably reported, but the post office is aware of him being an issue and refuses to do anything about it. So all that to say if you see this worker that goes by the name "Anthony", a larger male with short receding curly hair and freckles on his face, just be warned in advance. He's going to give you a hard time and be rude.

Being that it was only two weeks before Christmas I thought this was pretty amazing. I felt like I hit the jackpot :-) I only had to wait about 10 minutes. And the gentleman that waited on me was delightful. I also had to buy some stamps to mail my Christmas cards. And he was patient with me while I chose the stamp design. She called the document "shady" and it came directly from a federal credit union. She said multiple times, not in a quiet or polite way, that this document was shady. I told her the bank sent to me to have my name notarized. Gave her my local DL and even more info than she needed to know about the situation & she was quite rude and nasty. It was just so unprofessional that it shocked me, especially since they see me all the time in that store. I don't know that I ever, ever want to step foot in that store again. Living in ATL Beach, it is so convenient. But, so not worth the ugly that I had to put up with for her to look at my DL and watch me sign a document, put her notary on it. The location is dirty. The inside and outside both need a good cleaning. The employees don't want to be bothered -- to be polite to customers or answer the phone. I've had several carriers tell me that if they have a problem on their route, they need to have the cell phone number of someone in the building because they don't answer the phone. Nine times out of ten this is accurate. On more than one occasion I've had mail not delivered to my box, but scanned as delivered. I've watched carriers put mail in my box, but not leave packages where were scanned as delivered. When in inquired, I'd receive a geotag pic that it was scanned in my front yard. One more than on occasion we've gone out to get the mail and seen the carrier walking away, but the scanned package was not left on the porch near or in our mailbox. The worst was just before Christmas last year. I'd put our regular carrier's Christmas card which contained a gift card in the box with 2 small outgoing packages. They were polymailers. The sub that day took a card, not addressed to them but left the packages. I talked to my regular carrier the next day & was told "I'll never see that". I'm not receiving all of my mail and know for a FACT employees are stealing from other employees. The attitude from the local people you get in the phone is like how dare I bother them. They tell you to call JSO, but JSO doesn't have authority over them. The USPS has their own police force and you are supposed to get help from them. If your mail is delivered from this facility, I'm sorry. I've never encountered anything that has "service" this poor. A complete overhaul of management and staff is necessary.
