I recently visited the USPS office for assistance with a passport application. My cousin had previously filled out the form incorrectly, so I went in person to kindly ask for a new application so we could complete the process correctly. After waiting to be assisted, I approached the counter and was helped by a blonde clerk whose name I unfortunately did not get. From the beginning, she seemed bothered by my request and responded rudely, telling me that mistakes should not be made on the application. I completely understood that mistakes can delay the process, but I was simply asking for another form so we could correct it. She then told me that if mistakes are made, I would need to go online and print a new application myself. I explained that I had already tried searching for the form online but could not find the correct link, and I also let her know that I do not have access to a computer or printer. Despite this, she still seemed unwilling to help. Customer service should involve patience and understanding, especially when someone is respectfully asking for assistance. If I could rate this place -5 stars I would based off of customer service alone. My husband & I had an appointment at 9:45am for the passport services & when he showed up to his appointment they told him that the lady working the window won't be there until 10:30am. Why have appointment availability online to book if no one at the company is going to honor it? When we went back at 10:30 the lady working the window for passport services (I believe her name was Irma) was extremely rude making smart remarks when no one had an attitude with her. If you show up to work treating customers with an attitude because you're unhappy with your life then maybe consider retiring or working somewhere else. Highly recommend to not go here. read more

The Ontario PO is good if all you need is a stamp or for someone to ship out your package. If you need any form of assistance regarding something more complex, DO NOT go to this location. Opening up a PO box, needing a passport, setting up a business account, etc, should NOT be done at this office. I had an appointment for a passport scheduled at 1:30 p.m. When I arrived, I waited at least 20 minutes and was never called. I lined up to speak to a clerk. One agent said the passport woman would call by appointment time, and I should be seen very soon. Another 10 minutes go by, and now my lunch is almost finished. The passport agent flagged down the next person in line and did not call by appointment. I inquired with her about my appointment, and she advised that I line up to be seen. I tried to explain to her this is something I pay for from another local post office and they only charge be about $1.44 and her response was " well they charge you wrong". Canada store today at Rancho Cucamonga to purchase a loveseat and couch. Everything went well till we got to the cashier and we cashed out the machine acted up. It charged my bank account but didn't fix it in your system. Every time I come here I always leave dissatisfied with my visit. When the lines are not incredibly long, the postal workers send me away with "you can do it online". The first time visiting this location I came to resolve a shipping issue, the postal worker tried to send me away by saying I could fix the issue online. I politely told the postal worker I had tried this twice that's why I was there to resolve the issue at the main branch. He told me I would have to fix it online because he couldn't do anything. I ended up contacting the company and cancelling my order due to the incompetence of the postal worker. This has happened to me a couple times now. Passports Be prepared to wait!! This process wasn't that bad, you just have to be aware that you will need to make an appointment online before visiting (have documents ready-ID, picture, original birth certificate). Make sure to stand in the "passport line" which is separate from the main line. The man that does passports (Asian man) is extremely kind, funny, and willing to help. Your passport and birth certificate will take about 6 weeks to get in the mail so be prepared to wait. Overall, I feel that customer service needs to be improved by offering incentives (better pay) to employees alongside retraining of staff. read more

I asked them to hold a package and the delivery driver still took it out for delivery because "they don't check those things til they're on the road" and they told me they can't contact him, they can't bring it back nor could he redeliver. I talked to the manager and she said just drive around and try to find him? I asked where about he would be and they said they couldn't tell me. They told me they open at 8 am come back the next day I get there they don't open till 830, couldn't find my package then told me it looks like the driver actually has the package again and it was going back out for delivery but they were able to stop it last minute. Had another package supposed to be delivered the next day now it looks like there's a hold on that package which I never requested it was just for the original package. I went in to buy a stamp to mail a letter today. The lady told it would be $0.49 and to swipe my card, which I did. Then she asked to look at my card and ID. She gave my ID back to me and then swiped my card again. I figured it didn't go through the first time I swiped, but a couple seconds later, she swiped AGAIN. She gave me my receipt and again, I just figured it had only gone through the last time she swiped. Now I have a $1.49 charge on my online statement. I'm not going to call because I don't really care about a dollar overcharge but I'm just glad I didn't buy anything more expensive.. Be careful when swiping your card.
