They do a great job of keeping the lobby clean. There's even a drop off Lane that keeps the traffic for that separate from the people that are trying to park. It may be a little hard for you to find since it is off the main road but it shows up on your Google maps. I like the fact that I can get in and get out, I never want to wait in long lines so when I have an opportunity I come here versus any other place.

Criminals After…read moremailing something to a family member for their birthday, the parcel was seized from within the post office the very next morning; I did not find out until a week later when the parcel wasn't received. Whoever did it issued a fraudulent statement that the original sender requested it be intercepted and rerouted. That would be me (original sender), and I certainly didn't do that. Then, someone claiming to be the manager attempted contacting me which is funny because...the manager actually witnessed and approved my parcel transaction at the register. The manager I saw was a woman and not a man like the person claiming to be the manager. There are thieves in this location and nobody will do anything about it. I have contacted the postal police, the sheriff, Justice Dept. and Liberty Hill PD. My package hasn't been delivered nor have I been given a refund for the loss. I have attempted filing a serious complaint with USPS multiple times only to be stifled through official oppression by involved USPS employees. The same compromised facility is being forwarded my complaints which go nowhere as one might imagine when the criminals are left to police each other. For years, I have been a faithful supporter of the USPS and often hand write letters. That will now change. I will tell everyone of my experience so that it may not happen to them. Shame on you for stealing from someone without resources as well.

Had several people without a line in the main lobby only to be told I have to stand in the 10 people deep line to pick up a package that was held AFTER our mail hold had been cancelled. Then, when I finally did get to the front of the line, I was told our mail hold HADN'T been cancelled, despite having the cancel confirmation delivered by our carrier in my hand. Obviously if you need postal services, they are convenient with decent parking but it's always a chore and not a simple errand.

This is not his fault; he was actually very nice but I feel bad that he was so overwhelmed by customers because he was by himself. Good service though.

WELL guess what, I can't file a claim because, UPS doesn't show that the items were ever in their possession. There was over $700 worth of items in that package that evaporated into thin air. USPS is refusing to take ownership of their mistake yet I have proof of them taking the package. If they would have executed some attention to detail, I would not be in this situation. Soldiers, spouses, and generally people, avoid this place if you can.
