Nice sitting area while you wait. Many treatment rooms which are also very nice and clean. Parking is usually $6 if you get out on time. There's also metered parking if you choose not to park in the building. They take Anthem insurance. After paying my deductible, each treatment was $15 each afterwards. Well worth it.

Working in tune with all the little nuances of my life to curate a care plan and treatment that helped me push through and taught me how to be aware of triggers and how to best work through rehab process. He was the one who also helped me get my spinal tumor found as he knew that something wasn't working right when the treatment (at the time) had plateaued, and he encouraged further medical testing. That resulted in a spinal fusion and he worked to get me back in functioning order - most importantly, safely. This genuinely may have saved my life. When I think back to the weeks & months immediately following surgery I do not know how I would have survived or rehabbed safely without physical therapy - hands down. We had a bad experience with this business in the past. It was only one PT there and a part-time…read moresupport stuff. PT was not knowlegeable and made my right knee pain worse. Her one exercise was especially harmfull - she put all my body weight on this knee with a knee angle less than 90 degrees and without any support. After a few sessions my knee pain level increased and I stopped going. PT told me that she could never ever feel her own glute muscles to contract (?!). I never met anyone who could not learned or feel their glutes to contract. It is a big limitation, especially for a PT. How do you train patients to contract it then? Glute muscles contraction is extremely important to prevent injuries and in rehab. I was surprised that she choose PT field. Do not recommend.

Kevin was the first PT who actually properly figured out what was causing it. He found the core and breathing issues that were throwing everything off and built a plan that finally got me out of the cycle. The best part is he didn't tell me to stop lifting heavy like so many other PTs would do. He actually took me through the same heavy movements I did at the gym during my usual workouts, fixed my form, and showed me how to use my core the right way so my erectors weren't doing all the stabilizing. After a couple months, I was pain‑free and lifting heavy again. shoutout to Ryan as well, he was always there during the exercise portions, making sure I was doing things correctly and explaining what each movement was supposed to help with. I'm really grateful for their help and lifting pain free several months later on my own. If I ever get another weird injury, this is where i'd go for sure
