I am writing this review as a forewarning only because of the first hand experience I experienced today. This place does not take appointments and they state that they open at 9am. We had called all week to ask this and were told to just show up at 9am on a Saturday. We did as told and showed up actually about 20 minutes before 9pm and their Open sign was on. This is already had me upset because why state you are open at 9 when in reality you open up earlier. We went in to ask if they would take our car and they said their were already booked for the day! How is that possible when you tell people that you open at 9am and then have secret hours. It's not fair to the people trying to get a service done. My car windows look amazing!!! I was afraid my night view would be affected by the tint but I was completely wrong. The 3M paper helps remove any light glare. The service was fast and efficient. Details: Brought in a new Hyundai Elantra GT Sport. Chose 20% rear windows and 50% front windows Jack made sure to remind me that I had an appointment for the day. Then when I brought it in, there was a nice display for the different types of tints you can get made by 3M. He makes sure you know the rules and legality for tints, for the state of California, the rears can be whatever percentage, and the front can be up to 70%. If you go lower, then you are liable for it, but he will still tint whatever you ask him to. All in all, Jack and his team are professional and will not take your car for a joy ride. They make sure you're happy with everything and make sure hat if anything does go wrong, that you have the option to come back and get it fixed (labor warranty) Update: After my tint dried, I started noticing lots of little fuzz trapped under the glass and a couple noticeable bubbles on my front windows along with a vertical scratch on one of my rear windows. Gary took care of me and when I came back for my appointment, there was no big deal. Within a couple minutes the installer was already working on my windows. Very happy with the service. read more

UNITED TINT is the one and only place to get your tints done! I used to have a tint guy, someone I like to call the Japanese tint master, who I used to have all my cars tinted by. Recently he passed away so I had to search for a new place to get my tints done. I searched Yelp and was overwhelmed by the plethora of great reviews for United Tint so I thought I would give them a shot on my new Lexus GS F-Sport. I came in one day passing by and asked to see their work. The two owners here, Jack and Mike, are exceptional people and commendable businessmen. They are very professional and took a large amount of time out of their day to explain everything to me and show me samples of their work. Needless to say, the quality of their work is bar none. They are very meticulous about the details, things that most people would not notice unless they had a lot of experience with tints and a great deal of knowledge about cars. The tints come right around to the edges of the windows, so close that you could never tell where the tint ends and the window begins, as if the two are one from the factory. Excellent. This is the sign of a quality tint installer. They also had a variety of different tint products to choose from with varying prices. There was something for everyone. Nevertheless, one week later I called up Mike, asked to bring the car in the same day and they were able to accommodate me. If i had to use one word to describe the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their knowledge -- it would be EXCEPTIONAL! They also have a great customer lounge and waiting area with amenities provided which was also great. This type of service is hard to find nowadays.
