I had the BEST experience with Kin…read more She was so knowledgeable and genuinely cared about the health of my nails. She took the time to explain that my previous salon had actually buffed too far into my nail bed (which made so much sense ), and walked me through exactly how she's going to help fix them and get them back to a healthy state. You can tell she really knows what she's doing and isn't just focused on how things look, but on long-term nail health too. I left feeling so reassured and taken care of. I'm honestly so grateful I found her!! Highly recommend if you want someone who truly cares about your nails!

Not nine days later my nails are already lifting at the tips which I didn't expect in nine days when calling I was told that would fix three of them but anything after that would be full cost. I'm not spending 60 damn dollars on gel nail polish this is the most expensive place. I've seen thought they would back up their product and didn't so I don't have any good reviews to say. Unfortunately, I am disturbed that it mattered not at all. Sad part is that if they would've taken care of business I would've definitely come back but if they think people are gonna spend $60 every nine days they're crazy.

A woman did my pedicure, and I specifically mentioned that I don't like polish getting on my skin. She tried to clean it up, but I still have gel polish on my skin 5 days later. I kept hoping it would come off on its own, but since it's gel, it's definitely hanging on. I hate being picky, but when you're paying $70+ plus tip for a pedicure, you want the polish to look clean and professional. The salon itself is clean, staff is kind, the decor is nice, and even the flowers outside give it such a pretty, welcoming vibe. I would return, but I'll definitely be requesting the older gentleman who did my first pedicure.

My cousin's pedicure was completed by three different technicians. The first did a great job with the cleaning and massage. A second technician applied the gel French polish to her right foot, but then a third technician came over to do the left foot. Even after my cousin asked for it to match the right, the French tip was much thinner. Instead of fixing the left foot, the technician tried filing down the already-finished right big toenail to make it match. We repeatedly asked her to leave it or make it look like the original, but she ignored us until it was obvious we were very unhappy. My experience was even more concerning. During my pedicure, I noticed the technician dabbing my big toe several times, but she never told me she had cut me. I also saw her take out what appeared to be super glue. The polish quality was also unacceptable. My cousin and I had regular polish on our fingernails done on a Wednesday evening, and by Saturday afternoon, before the wedding, it had chipped so badly that we both had to remove it. My gel polish on my toes was no better. Gel polish should last several weeks, but by week three, it had already come completely off three toes and was lifting on several others. A few days later, my toe became infected, and I had to go to urgent care. That's when I realized she had cut me during the pedicure. I'm still waiting on my medical bills and plan to discuss them with the salon owner.

For a Friday around noon, they had plenty of pedi chairs in use, but the atmosphere didn't feel busy. Nica and clean inside, very good massage chairs that were in good condition, both looking and working (this seems to be taking less priority to some of the nail salons that have been open awhile.) Jess was who did my pedicure and she was great. My feet look great and I definitely felt pampered. Pay with cash if you don't want to pay the credit card fee. They are up front about that and there is an ATM near the checkout. Not sure if there is a fee for pulling cash out of that so it may end up being the same. I will definitely go back! Several different types of pedis and a HUGE selection of all times of polish colors.

I do, however, have some feedback that I believe would really elevate the overall experience. First, the massage portion felt shorter than expected for the service I paid for. It may be helpful for management to ensure technicians use a timer so clients can feel confident they're receiving the full massage time included in their service. Second, after the massage, my technician stepped away to grab warm towels, which left me sitting with cold, wet legs. It would be much more comfortable if legs were dried before the massage or at least before stepping away, so clients aren't left feeling cold in between steps. Additionally, when the warm towels were applied, they were draped loosely over my legs rather than wrapped around them. Because the backs of my legs were exposed, the towels cooled quickly and ended up feeling cold and uncomfortable by the time they were removed. Wrapping the towels securely would help retain warmth and enhance relaxation. The polish application and finishing work were done well. However, when the service was complete, I was simply directed to the checkout area and the technician walked away. My shoes were placed on the ground away from me, and my pants were still rolled up. As someone who was nine months pregnant at the time, a small gesture like helping me out of the chair or handing me my shoes would have made a big difference. These suggestions are simply intended to enhance the client experience. While this wasn't the worst nail salon experience I've had, there are definitely opportunities to make it exceptional.
