The staff and moving crew were friendly, professional, and exceptional throughout the entire process. Jaylen and his team arrived promptly, got to work right away, and handled all heavy items with care. The entire move was completed smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend All My Sons for any future moving needs.

1 STAR -- DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING…read more We were quoted $1,400 for a full household move scheduled for January 27, 2026, confirmed multiple times over two weeks. This included 3 movers, 5 hours (including travel) and a free kitchen pack. We paid a deposit and reconfirmed all details by phone and text. On the morning of the move (9am), we were asked to reschedule due to crew issues. This wasn't possible as we had already packed, arranged childcare, and have 2 infant children. Arrival time kept being pushed back, and the movers didn't arrive until 3pm. I asked if there would be enough time for them to finish the job and they said yes. By early evening, the truck was full and the job was nowhere near complete. We were then told the movers were reaching their legal work-hour limit. At that point we learned: * Our move was allegedly not marked as confirmed * The free kitchen pack was missing from the manifest * The manifest incorrectly listed seven deep freezers (we have one) We were told only essential items could be unloaded and that the rest of our belongings would be stored overnight in freezing temperatures and we were required to pay $800 even though they job was not anywhere near done. We were then quoted $2,200 for that unfinished day, despite the original $1,400 quote. The following morning, no one arrived at the promised time and no phone call as promised. When they did arrive later, they required payment before unloading and stated the final total was $3,300. They offered two options . 1. Pay $2,200 which takes off the second day 2. Pay the full $3,334with a 25% discount We refused as we should not be responsible for the second day and them not completing the job as promised . They had our belongings returned to our original home. The moving crew themselves were professional and hardworking, but management and office communication--largely handled through a Texas corporate office--were entirely misleading and ineffective. DO NOT TRUST THE QUOTE or the communication. I would not recommend this company.

Kept things from breaking, but also added hours onto the job and don't really seam necessary for quite a few objects. Overall, there were no major breakages and our stuff got moved. But this wouldn't be my first choice for movers.

We hired Move Indy to pack and load our moving trailer for a cross country move. It was a 3 bedroom…read morehouse with a full garage. We expected a professional crew who would take care of our items and pack them with precision and thoughtful placement. On the day, the crew showed up and worked very fast. They were working in multiple rooms at once and then loading the trailer. It took them the whole day to get it all done. They were very nice young men and we thought they did a good job... in the moment. Once the trailer arrived a week and a half later - we found out what really happened. We only have enough hanging clothes to fill 2 wardrobe boxes, yet we ended up with 15 of them... thats because their version of "packing" was just dumping everything into these big wardrobe boxes, no organization, no precision, just dumping everything. Of course we were paying for each box they used, and wouldn't you know it... the wardrobe boxes were the most expensive. Additionally, several of our furniture pieces are damaged including brand new chairs, both our new washer and dryer (they put a metal bed frame against them in the trailer that rubbed on it the entire time in transit) broken lamps, broken legs off tables, missing items, etc. I took photos of everything and sent them an email about it - I got a response that they would fix and/or replace the damaged and broken items. I then get another email a few days later that they were going to open an "internal investigation" and something about how they aren't responsible because their liability ends once they leave the job site. My items have been locked in a trailer of which I have the only key and somehow its not their fault, or they didn't cause the damage. I have emailed them at least 4 more times since then asking about the results of the "internal investigation", etc. and they have not responded. They will not respond back to me. We hired them based on reviews that they were the BEST in INDY!!! That is a absolute lie. I cannot speak to their small 1 bedroom across town moves - but DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR LARGE HOUSE PACKING AND LOADING! And to the Move Indy Rep who will undoubtedly respond to this review with some BS about "Thanks for the feedback..." - don't bother. You are only responding because I am calling you out publicly - shame on you! Do what you said you were going to do and repair/replace my broken items.

We needed a team, a truck, a specific day & time and they delivered it all! The entire team was so very kind, considerate & great to chat and work with. They truly treated our items as if it were their own & the process was so easy and stress free. Dez was incredibly responsive when scheduling, the whole team was communicative in ensuring everything made it to the right room for us (even when I was asking for ALOT) of totes to be taken down to the basement). Pricing, they came in more affordable than other companies that we'd quoted out with far less hassle (other companies asked for itemized lists of everything we were moving, pictures and FaceTime calls beforehand). We won't be moving again, but we asked Dez for business cards to hand out to friends and neighbors building in our community. This team deserves ALL of the praise!

They showed up with a positive attitude, moved things very quickly, and were great to work with. They went above and beyond in the process. I would recommend them to anyone!

I've used this company before but with the Evansville location and had a good experience. Getting a…read morequote and scheduling the move was easy with this Indy location. Moving day arrived and it was past the time the movers were expected to arrive and I never received a call. The office calls me, stating the drivers have been trying to get ahold of me for 15 minutes. I never received a call from the driver. I went looking for the movers and found them myself. They worked quickly, and got everything moved before the original estimate. You are charged by the time used in 15 minute increments. The movers wrapped my furniture, but did not wrap door frames, and punctured a hole in my ceiling on my new house by ramming a bed frame into the ceiling, no apologies offered. At the end, the movers had to call their manager to determine how many hours to charge me as they waited 15 minutes without working because they couldn't get a hold of me by phone. Remember, I never received a call and told the office that when they called to ask if I still needed their services. Their manager decided that I needed to pay for those 15 minutes, resulting in me overpaying for not being contacted by Two Men and A Truck which was very frustrating and unfair.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience with Two Men and a Truck…read more After our move, we discovered that numerous items were missing, including electronics, household items, kitchen utensils, children's belongings, and irreplaceable sentimental keepsakes such as my son's handmade baby quilt. When we reported the missing items, we were told an internal investigation would be opened, including a review of video footage. We submitted a detailed list of the missing property in November 2025. After waiting approximately eight months for an update, we ultimately had to follow up ourselves, only to be told there was no evidence that anything remained on the truck at the end of the move and that the company would not accept responsibility. When I asked to review the truck photographs that were referenced as part of their decision, I was told they could not be shared due to employee privacy, despite those same photographs being cited in support of denying our claim. We were also informed that if we wished to file a police report, the company would cooperate with law enforcement. I understand that mistakes can happen during any move. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability, the lengthy delay in responding to our claim, and the inability to explain what happened to so many missing items. At the conclusion of the move, the crew left quickly while we were occupied documenting damage to our newly built home and several pieces of furniture that occurred during the move. Our attention was understandably focused on those issues, and we later discovered that numerous belongings were missing. We entrusted Two Men and a Truck with our family's belongings, including items that cannot be replaced. Unfortunately, our experience left us without answers and without possessions that held significant sentimental value for our family. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.
